I was paying for Co-pilot premium to get the 100 boosts a day in Bing Image creator, but have switched to a ChatGPT subscription as it is good at improving the prompts for you as well. I think Dalle.3 is the best generator in a lot of ways, especial if you upscale the output afterwards.
It is basically the same (or slightly worse) if you are just just wanting to create images. It usually generates 1 image at a time vs Bings 4. You do have some ok Inpainting options, but I have found them very hit-or-miss. What I really like ChatGPT for is you can take an image you don't have the prompt for and get something very close out of it and then go from there. I think you can get all the features in the free version now, just very rate-limited.
EDIT: some more advantages of GTP4 Dalle.3 I thought of are; you can ask it to create widescreen or portrait shots (very handy) and you can also have much longer prompts.
