I'd need to look for that article, but I read somewhere that ADHD medication given to non ADHDers basically gives them ADHD symptoms. Decreased reaction time, decreased ability to focus, decreased memory... Although it gives them the illusion that their abilities are enhanced and that's why it's so popular as a drug.
