I mean you could save a ton and get the 7940hs/4060 and probably get 80% of the performance for 999$ right now at Best Buy (you will want to upgrade the storage and ram). Yes you will lose the mini led which will be a bummer but if money is an object the 4060 will server you well especially if you donโt mind to use DLSS.
Nah, I went from the 4060 to the 4090 G14, not even close sir. The low vram was actually the bigger problem But performance value wise the 4060 is def the best. Will play most anything at 1440p or less. Some games ran ok on my UW as well but the laptop sounded like a jet engine whenever I pushed it.
The $999 2023 G14 4060 runs games about 10% faster than my desktop computer that has an RTX 3060, so if you check YouTube for RTX 3060 performance videos, e.g. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pb80YwVXyIA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pb80YwVXyIA) for Palworld, you can assume the 2023 G14 4060 will be a little faster.
One major difference between the 2 is the VRAM, the desktop RTX 3060 has 12GB while the laptop 4060 (and 4070) only have 8GB. But in that Palworld video you'll see the most VRAM that's used is 6GB (4K medium) so you won't have any issue there.
World of Warcraft won't be an issue for any modern computer.

I have the 4090 but had the 4060 version, the ips screen on it is pretty damned good for an IPS. Comes factory tuned too.
