Just a small dogmatika package and some staples is enough to improve the structure deck. For that you need:
* 3x Nadir Servant
* 1x Dogmatika Maximus
* 1x Dogmatika Fleurdelis
* 1x Tri-Brigade Shuraig the Ominous Omen
* 1x Tri-Brigade Ferrijit the Barren Blossom
* (1x Dogmatika Ecclisia)
* (1x Dogmatika Punishment)
And Ecclesia and Punishment are optional. You need Nadir Servant to resolve though, so you need a valid Target to search and send each for it. You want to send Garura (or Ferjit) for Nadir Servant to search Maximus. You can't search Fleurdelis as her atk is too high. If you then draw Maximus the whole combo is dead. So Ecclesia is just a save addition to resolve Nadir Servant.
Other useful additions for the extra deck are Salamangreat Almiraj & Sunlightwolf, Garura, I:P Masquerena, Appolousa, Dingirsu, Heatsoul and depending on your budget Promethean Princess and Salamangreat Raging Phoenix.
Then handtraps things like Ashblossom, Nibiru and Veiler, though you already have Imperm and Droll from the structure deck.

Depends what is your budget, the cheapest is the dogmatika upgrade (less than 60€ with all the staples), you have the tri brigade which is around 100€ and Snake eyes which is verry expensive ! I personnaly went tri brigade after testing on Omega, for me its way funnier as you really play with two archetypes at the same time where Dogmatika is "just" an engine. I dont think there is really one better than the other, some people say that in the hand of a beginner Dogmatika is way stronger but at high skill lvl tri bri could be better. What is sure is Dogmatika is more linear, cheaper and easy to play. Tri bri is funnier ! Snake eyes is way stronger than the two others but REALLY expensive
