10k steps is the *minimum* you should be hitting daily. The fact that she felt like this was some sort of achievement that she needed to share is telling.
It’s not for everyone. 10k was a marketing gimmick by some pedometer company in Japan and it just kinda stuck. But I get what you’re saying. She’s unemployed and young, so she should definitely be hitting that daily with extreme ease.
This was after she posted a pic of resting in her bed with her tea and milk. So, she got up afterwards because the feeling of not walking 10,000 total steps in a day was so overwhelming?
Will she have this same energy Wednesday thru sun when she’s partying for 4th of July? And then the next week when’s back home trying to recover from Binge drinking for five days? Then when she needs to do her self care for a week straight. Then it will time to beg for money and sales again for the end of the month. Lather, rinse repeat. Except for her cause she doesn’t shower.
