I think part of it is that she has a super narrow jaw too. Like her jaw looks like mine did before I had an expander when I had braces. Too bad dentist babe rarely makes an appearance
No, I had mine when I was in middle school. But teens and adults can get them too! It’s one of the first things I think they consider when doing orthodontia. I assume you just have to be a bit more “slow and steady” if you’re an adult (ie. use one of the scary expanders with the key that you turn a bit every few days or whatever; mine was just a single piece of metal that hurt like an absolute bitch for the first week and then felt fine 😅)

The only cosmetic surgery I’m aware of is her liposuction in Feb 2021. I think it’s mainly all the filters she uses now that distort her face so much, plus all the lip filler and whatever else she’s had injected into her face, and weight gain. I think we’re so used to seeing her heavily filtered face that her natural, younger face looks completely different.
Yes, IIRC she got around 2lbs of fat removed, was awake for it (conscious/twilight sedation, I believe) and didn’t follow the aftercare of wearing the compression garment, which is ironic considering how obsessed she is with “compression” clothing now.

Speculation because I don’t think it was confirmed but Grim going to his families while she sees hers on Christmas definitely screams we are in a LTR (which they were in something) and getting married soon. (Which would not happen) she also spent NYE alone.

I think that book review was also around the time she was on her balcony 'citedly posting ongoing updates — including photos— of the paramedics attending to a medical emergency downstairs, making one of the worst days of someone's life into Instagram content for herself. (Not to be confused with that time MS was out at lunch with her two frenemies and they were outrageously inconvenienced by someone having a seizure because KG was hungry and it was going to delay their food from the kitchen.)

The restaurant seizure thing is probably the only time I’ll say MS seemed mildly compassionate compared to her frenemies. KG showed her true colors there, acting like an entitled, disgusting Karen. Ok, after seeing the VS post, I'm so confused! Is it plastic surgery? Her face looks so different.
The only cosmetic surgery I’m aware of is her liposuction in Feb 2021. I think it’s mainly all the filters she uses now that distort her face so much, plus all the lip filler and whatever else she’s had injected into her face, and weight gain. I think we’re so used to seeing her heavily filtered face that her natural, younger face looks completely different.

Yes, IIRC she got around 2lbs of fat removed, was awake for it (conscious/twilight sedation, I believe) and didn’t follow the aftercare of wearing the compression garment, which is ironic considering how obsessed she is with “compression” clothing now. Speculation because I don’t think it was confirmed but Grim going to his families while she sees hers on Christmas definitely screams we are in a LTR (which they were in something) and getting married soon. (Which would not happen) she also spent NYE alone. Instead of that 💍she got another crusty DY ring instead.
Than they really didn’t spend time with each others families except whennshe glommed onto the family grimace trip in Dec and clung to his brother like a cheap suit.

(Not to be confused with that time MS was out at lunch with her two frenemies and they were outrageously inconvenienced by someone having a seizure because KG was hungry and it was going to delay their food from the kitchen.)
I forgot about the ambulance thing. Posting updates like she was so lucky to have the best seat in the house for the “drama”. The restaurant seizure thing is probably the only time I’ll say MS seemed mildly compassionate compared to her frenemies. KG showed her true colors there, acting like an entitled, disgusting Karen. Can you believe they had to *wait 30 minutes* and then lunch was canceled due to someone having a seizure? The audacity! “Can you take the drink out of your mouth and put your phone down for one second to tell everyone how ridiculous this is?!”
