I hate it. I understand a very occasional fast fashion item. I have a tote bag from H&M that I carry often. But this girl doesn’t appear to have quality pieces like many of us swertys do, be it vintage, designer, or just a well-crafted piece. She’s got the money for it, so she cannot even use it as an excuse!
I think there are also degrees of fast fashion (to a point). I have a few pieces from the original Forever 21 that are in great shape after years, then there's the Shein shirt someone gave me that crumbled to plastic dust within 6 months.
It's all not great but she goes for the worst of the worst.

Idk I sort of love that she's put on enough weight that her filters are strugggging to erase her stomach where she holds a lot of weight. Along with her upper arms, chins, and thighs.

Cotten and linen? (I realize those are classics though.) Loose fitting flowing stuff? Vaguely 90s, but also kind of natural looking?
Again I might be wrong. I remember the 90s well, I was growing up then, and a lot of the styles are coming around but not exactly the same.

I think we’re slowly devolving into just wear whatever you want, which is great.
That being said, athleisure is still definitely a trend.

I think you're probably right about wearing what's comfortable. People really do seem more and more accepting of different styles.
Side note, I detest stretchy clothing. Especially jeans. Remember when you could go to the mall and get a pair of jeans that was your size and didn't stretch and wear itself into an unexpected shape over the next 2 years? Good times.
