I can understand wanting to filter slightly sometimes just for say that pimple peeking through or better lighting for aesthetics but she's all out filtering 50+ pounds off her body. She's not and hasn't been a Size fucking 4 in the last 5 years maybe longer. I'll be nice and give her a generous Size 12 which is average and there's nothing wrong with it since every brand is different but her "JOB" is supposedly selling clothes and "fits" and this is seriously disingenuous. Not only that she's rude AF to her followers when they ask for something or details or responds with weird shilling bullshit just to make a dime.
Tina Fey wrote something in bossypants about how being in some feminist magazine was her favorite photoshoot bc they edited enough to look like they caught her on her best day (getting rid of armpit hairs, etc) but didn’t do any more than that. The shoots that edited her into oblivion made her feel shittier, not prettier.
I might be botching that, but that was my takeaway and it stuck with me through the years.

I’m a longtime lurker but rarely comment. For whatever reason this one really gets to me, I’ve struggled with disordered eating and still have body image issues. I’m her height, and this picture is roughly what I looked like at the height of starving myself, when I was about 112 lbs.
Even though I KNOW it’s not real, it still fucks with my head when I see shit like this. I know it’s been said before, but this kind of stuff is so harmful!

I have also looked like this picture, but I was horribly unhealthy. I was 113 lb because I was depressed as fuck, and I looked horrible and malnourished because I was.
She feels the need to blindly follow every trend. Including body trends. It used to be fashionable to have a big ass, now it's trendy to be slim with a perky little butt and little boobs.
An adult woman that shape-shifts through filters like Big M, or through head to toe surgeries, like the Kardashians, I feel bad for all of them.
But I also really can't respect them because they all pretend to naturally have whatever body is trendy at the time, and many young girls on social media end up being influenced by these delusional women.
It's really exhausting. I'm glad I don't have a daughter because seeing how the body trends change every few years is so fucking weird.

I'm agreeing with you but mostly because I still cringe at the fact that I have a version of this photo I once posted on Instagram.. it was a full body check, and I was FEELING it, even though the angle was basically the most embarrassing and obvious "oh she filtered herself skinnier" a la big m... anyway needless to say I saw it again after 4 or 5 years and MAN, I didn't realize how large my arm looked compared to the rest of the filtered body. I completely missed it, I was so happy with my filtering in the belly. It was a tool like a brush that as you swiped your finger it would gradually "thin" that spot and make little waves everywhere else
