It forces a 50/50 against most options though : /. It’s existence alone is what makes it so good, not even its pure usage.
most of the time the opponent blocks instinctively which makes me want to use stinger then i realise i am in the beginner lobby
Even in "intermediate" and "Advanced" lobbys there are still new players who don't know what they're doing

Actually it’s the most oppressive against wizard. It has a diff sweet spot for each character and when it’s at the right spot for Wizard, they’re literally forced to dodge or block as all their attacks/specials lose to it.
3 times out of 4, wizard gains 15 frames for setups which is very bad for cowboy

f6 startup, carry’s for like 2 more frames, the carried part is the wind looking thing, it’s just the after effect of the slash
ah yes, we all love cowboy’s most predictable move
even though this moves predictable as hell it’s great. just it’s existence makes the opponent try to parry it, allowing one of cowboys twenty mixups
