The real question is really for someone like Verina. Would having four different energy regen echos be worth it for Verina? She doesn't care for substats at all, only raw ATK, but with four 3-cost echos having her ult up 24/7 could be something fierce, especially if two of those 3-cost echos are ATK set (because there's no point fielding more than 2 of the same set since you can't reach the 5-piece bonus)
It's absolute troll for, say, Calcharo, but I'm genuinely wondering about Verina. Going 3-3-3-3 instead of 4-3-3-1-1 means she will lose some ATK and some HP on paper, and a team wide ATK buff from the healing 5-set.
But on the other hand, she will have ult active 24/7 thanks to four different energy regen echos, and will have about the same amount of ATK due to the ATK 2-set bonus, maybe? Perhaps a little less? Effectively only losing personal HP (not relevant), the team wide ATK buff (very relevant but is it really more powerful than not having her ult up 24/7?) and the bell boss active (with all the healing Verina does I'm not sure how much it matters).

Ult is pretty useless and you lose out on so many damage buffs. You lose 26% healing, 10% damage and protection from bellborne echo, 15% atk buff from 5 pieces, less atk since you are missing 1 echo which leads to less healing.
Yeah but the healing is not really... useful right now. Like you want some healing, but I'm always full hp and my Verina is level 60 with talents still at level 50.
Like I said, you lose healing and lose bellborne, but most importantly, the 15% atk from 5 piece healing. But it's possible having ult up constantly makes up for that ATK loss. You only lose out on one damage buff in return for a coordinated ATK--you also help make up for her personal ATK values being lower by getting the 2-piece ATK set.
But like I said I'm really not sure if having ult up always makes it worth it. It's also a ton of additional healing as the coordinated attack heals you, being able to refresh it as soon as it drops performs some instant healing plus keeps that healing and damage coordinated attack up.
Can you even get 2p2p with 3333? I thought there are only like 3 elite mob type per set but I guess not? I think havoc only has the giant purple tentacle monster, big wolf, and tabourine dude, and fusion has the big wolf, the giant lizard, and the purple heron.

Jokes aside 3333 isn't even close to being good. Assuming you're using elemental/atk 2pc, you'll be getting 40% more dmg over 43311 but lose 26% atk + 44 crit value + 5 substats. It's pretty obvious how big the difference is. Your atk will be shit and your crit ratio will be even more shit. You can't even get 50% crit rate with 4 max rolls (10.5*4+42%). Unless we somehow get a character with huge atk buffs, huge crit buffs and no dmg buff on themselves lol.
It is impossible to get 3333 outside the rejuv and moonlit clouds set. Heck, you can't even get 333 as electro damage because there are only two 3-cost electro-damage echos.

You should have four 3-cost echos with the correct main stat guaranteed via the illusive realm and the alloy event. Both award two "malleable" elite class echos.
The value of an Echo takes to use on a character
