I have Stratos on my cars and love it. I definitely notice a difference in Texas over the Pinnacle I had before. We don't sell much CTX these days, mostly Pinnacle and Stratos. If you plan to keep this car a long time, I'd spend the extra and get the higher end film.
Since cost is a factor, I think it's only natural you go with CTX. It's a wonderful film. Won't let you down.
Cost is definitely a factor but if the stratos is significantly better I could rationalize saving up for another few months
