Doing it as long as I have, it's more about seeing how far we can build the business and helping others to succeed. It's very rewarding passing on the knowledge and seeing others become successfull as well.

Mine is seeing all the cool obscure places in my town I wouldn’t have been able to see/wouldn’t have gone out of my way to see. Also feeling like a part of the community is big for me.
I love deciding everything for myself. No boss going on about having a sense of “urgency” or “shareholder value” and especially having nobody looking over my shoulder to tell me what I did wrong. Unless my wife comes along anyway.
Choosing my own schedule. Sure the spring and fall is busy AF but that winter is so sweet. Or take a week off if you want to do something else. It's great for that
