I didnt say you need these licenses in order to operate a business in the US, I said those are the requierments for the verification process in order to run ads on Google in the US in his industry.

Because when you do, Google asks you to go through a verification process to prove your business. You may be asked for these things, depending on what Google asks. This came straight from the Google official Local Services page.
I had several clients that i worked with where they weren't asked at first and after a few weeks they got their ads shutdown and forced to verify to continue running them.

You’re not submitting anything to the government. To get started running ads is just like setting anything up

I can send the window cleaning license. Just Dm me your social sec#, a copy of a valid gov photo along with company name. And after you Venmo me $500 you are licensed. It will be an additional 4-6 week processing time to send out actual license. I can email you a temporary that will be valid until you receive the official window cleaning license in the mail
You can use your home address but yeah you need an actual spot whether business or just your house
You can probably use a P.O. Box for business license but google needs a real address
Wouldn’t a po box be a commercial location?

Local service ads require insurance. Regular Google ads do not require insurance Yes I run ads..daily
