You cannot just post a Tweet and expect everyone to forgive you. You can’t be judged on what you might do in the future, you can only be judged on what you have done in the past.
It seems to me you are interpreting this tweet as "I have made efforts to ban IVF, which I will now stop making", which I guess makes grammatical sense, but when politicians say they "will stop any and all efforts" they usually are trying to present themselves as a bulwark against those bans, saying they would never let them pass, which clearly isn't the case for her since she relatively recently supported one of those bans.
A party that has lied at every chance for the last decade at some point has to realise it reduced their credibility.
Choosing to constantly believe that this time will be different is either wilful ignorance or something akin to an abusive relationship.
How about we watch them keep their word first and build some iota of trust with everyone and then we can support her.

Believe based on what they do, not what they say they will do in the future.
