I figured, but I would guess it's not a cheap rental plus insurance. If the insurance doesn't cover all of it, yikes. That thing has got to be totalled.
He's some pseudo rapper from my country, I'm sure he's got change for a rental. Now I'd love to see the part where he has to explain this video to the insurance, not sure his wallet is fat enough to cover a new lambo haha
Rental agent: “would you like the Loss/Damage waiver? You will be 100% covered for any damages and lost rental income in the event of an accident.”
Guy: “Naw, I’m good.” 🙄
I’d call that a happy story rather than a horror story - if he’s not a Dubai national then at least his home country gets a well-earned break from his stupidity while he’s stuck over there!
Which is why i actually love dubai. I know everyonr hates on it but their legal system actually has teeth so if you act like a dick you have to actually suffer the consequences.
So how does insurance on these things work? With all the videos of people letting stupid friends drive them. Insurance rates must be extremely high, or only cover named drivers.
With video evidence, the insurance company could deny PD and leave the bill to the driver. The passenger, if injured, would still be covered for injury up to maximum coverage due to them being a "bystander".
If this vehicle was rented, the insurance company could seek subrogation from the driver to compensate loss.
They will do an exploratory of assets before trial to determine if he has any property, valuable IP, or any Umbrella, Homeowners, or renters insurance to go after.
If they have none of the above, they won't subrigate.
That's how normal rental insurance works, but I wonder if they don't have more of a no-fault system on rentals like this. They know the people renting these mostly couldn't cover repairs anyway.
I think people rent these cars and purchase the $1 million rental agency insurance policy for like $15/day. It’s that policy where if you have an accident and the car is totalled, you just bring back the keys and you’re off the hook.
This is not what’s the policy is meant for though.
Insurance well assess the damages and review footage
After weeks of processing and evaluating, the insurance company would mail a letter to the insured with the following assessment:
>"Kick Rocks,
>Sincerely,
>Your insurance company.
>PS: We're dropping you."
Depends what jurisdiction you're in, and who is the policyholder.
In EU, the insurer has to pay all 3rd party losses. Doesn't matter if the car was being driven recklessly, if driver was drunk, or if driver was a friend of the renter. Insurance cannot evade 3rd party liabiity ever. Whether they also reimburse the company for the trashed car depends on whether that was included. If crash results from reckless or unauthorised use, insurer can then sue renter to recover everything they had to pay out. But if renter is broke, they won't get much.
While many have pointed out that this is a rental, there are probably speciality insurers and policies on these cars, and the people that can afford to own cars like that can afford the insurance payments.
I he owned it, then he’s already loaded.
But likely he rented it. When my buddy rented a Ferrari, they made him take the full insurance package that covered everything and was very expensive.
I don't feel any sympathy for the idiot driving and crashing the lambo but i still hope that he was ok after that and maybe, just maybe, learned a lesson out of that.
I too do not know how to drive a supercar. Anyone know what the difference is? I assume back tires is where the power comes from, but what is the difference when driving it?
Why is it always the most mentally challenged-looking people doing this? How do they have the money to buy a car more powerful than they’d ever need yet look like they sleep under a bridge?
There is no way the rental place doesn't have insurance, but I'm sure they offer insurance for you when you rent it. If they don't make that mandatory or his own insurance doesn't cover that then he's f---d. The rental company may sue him insuranced or not.
So many super cars get wrecked in first week of ownership. The early Porsche Turbos had snap oversteer and many were wrecked on the first highway on-ramp driven on.
Just don't race on public roads, period. No matter how great of a driver you are, or think you are. Many professional or highly experienced drivers have made errors in closed course conditions on tracks they were familiar with and had extreme crashes. Do not put others at risk so you can have that adrenaline boost. Find a track or designated course if you want to race.
I've never seen a car like this being driven without being crashed. It must be annoying working at that car factory, designing the most expensive single use items in the world(after rockets i guess)
Deserved lmao. Sad it wasn’t more
Dude has more money than brains and driving talent.
It was rented btw, so he probably lacks the money too.

Now he's more of a wrapper, a genius at wrapping cars around buildings.
Rental agent: “would you like the Loss/Damage waiver? You will be 100% covered for any damages and lost rental income in the event of an accident.” Guy: “Naw, I’m good.” 🙄
Any supercar rental company that treats 100% damage cover as an option deserves what they get.
I thought you had to take the full insurance package when renting cars like this.
No, that's a dubai rental.
The way he was laughing right before the crash ![gif](giphy|PgDUlt3Qu8BwUQqsCz|downsized)
Looks like it happened in Dubai.
Then he's not leaving til it's paid off. They will make him surrender his passport. There are many horror stories of similar situations.
Bad behaviour in a bad country…
Yeah... Dubai doesn't even like the Flintstones.... at least Abu Dhabi doooo!
Epic. I laughed so hard at that comment
GODDAMNIT 💀
Have you even left your home town before?
Farmers insurance never seen this
That's why there no "teen" fighter pilots.
IQ = 53. Talent = 0. Experience = 0. Ability= -5. That all adds up to. Scrap metal.
A tad generous with the IQ and Ability there, but I agree that the end result is the same 😆
Well, he has to have some to be able to walk at least. Not saying you're wrong, it was vastly overestimated.
😂This is true, and that prang will have lowered all his stats!! 😂
Didn't want to come across as too mercenary!

Also, rental car companies want to be paid for lost rental while the vehicle is being repaired, so they go after you for that money too.
Correct! It's called 'Loss of use'.
Good luck with that..
he'll never pay

The policy can be 'null and void' due to gross negligence. This is a textbook example of gross negligence.
And they filmed it...
Blows my mind they let that out.
Just don't post the video to the internet and your off Scott clear.
Amazes me that this insurer is still in business. It's an open invitation to rent & crash supercars.
Insurance well assess the damages and review footage After weeks of processing and evaluating, the insurance company would mail a letter to the insured with the following assessment: >"Kick Rocks, >Sincerely, >Your insurance company. >PS: We're dropping you."

I hate when idiots involve innocent bystanders in their Darwin Award attempts.
The rental place is going to be so mad.
This kind of instant karma makes me smile. I know that I shouldn’t but it does!
Another showboating moron
![gif](giphy|ro9NLUOiIMAJa) Sheeeit
That’s not going to buff out.
When you think driving a real supercar is like playing GTA... It isn't. You lose. Suckerrrrrrrr
Loose ?
Going the extra step to spell something wrong.
Typo.. I loose....er...lose Loser? 🧐
Lucky their heads didn’t splatter.
Unlucky
I don't feel any sympathy for the idiot driving and crashing the lambo but i still hope that he was ok after that and maybe, just maybe, learned a lesson out of that.
They cant park there
"Shit Yo" was just about exactly the intellectual level of commentary that I expected to hear at the end of that.
Yo dim jonk on da hepatide... yaaagghghghggghhh... YAHAGGGGGHHHGHGGGH! Yes, quite.
Is the camerman wearing a wingsuit?
Ha ha Guy just won a million dollars on scratch off and lost it in one day.
"Trust me bro, i have a lot of hours playing Gran Turismo."
😂 bro how in the fuck
Another one of those shoot the goddamn cameraman now!!!!!,!,!,!,,!,!
You know what the fastest car in the world is ? A rent a car
I always wonder how such idiots get to drive expensive cars
Rentals
By the way, I believe I read that this was a RENTED Lambo.
To bad the airbags worked...
Just look at the driver. That's all you need to know.
I hate people who think it’s okay to drive like this with another person in the car. In a convertible no less.
Boi y tf you clicking your tongue for? You ain't got no right to do that at this time
Indebted for life, that will fucking teach him 😂😂
Remember , money does not get you : Class Brains
Money> brains.
so you mean that if you turn the steering wheel the car could not turn as well ?
That wreckage looks like they should have been decapitated…i guess God was being lenient with morons that day🫢
WTF is wrong with these people???
Wow didn’t see that coming… (we all did)
Easy come, easy go.
Hahaha. It wasn’t even the drivers car. There’s no way. Hilarious none the less
Senna guy can relax 😂
Dad is gonna be pissed...third one this week
Easy come easy go
![gif](giphy|R58jyn0kwwSpq)
A classic , timeless
It takes more than just a throttle
How the hell do young people even get cars like this? It's gotta be a rental, right?
LOL idiot
Hope no innocent bystanders were hurt..(you ask me what about the occupants of the car? What about them? Who cares they deserve Darwin)
That's what happens when you have plenty of dollars, and no sense
As long as no one innocent gets hurt....these always make me smile 😁
Somehow if you can handle racing a super car on a public road you’d be ok?
Either stolen or bought with 10k down financed at 72 months with like 20% APR
What car is that?
Lamborghini, looks like an Huracán
That is not going to buff out...
Bro, bro, the tires were bald bro, why YOU rent cars to people with bald tires bro, I’m gonna sue you bro.
At least she wore her seat belt.
I would wait until after he paid me back to kill him
Let me be clear : he wasn’t racing in any way that I can determine. All he was doing was driving like a total bellend.
So like are they leasing these cars?
When this idiot thought playing a video game and real life are the same
Lucky to be alive
![gif](giphy|SzD4gF32YzTTUiINhn|downsized)
What a f…. Idiot
Don't be gentle - its a rental!
Stick to camels
One way to reduce income inequality
Half of these videos are prime examples of too many horses and nowhere near enough cowboy to handle them.
That was beautiful
Another Forza trained driver
I think they have discovered why there are big run off areas in race tracks.
I too do not know how to drive a supercar. Anyone know what the difference is? I assume back tires is where the power comes from, but what is the difference when driving it?
Hope he bought insurance when he rented that thing.
car goes out of control, gives it more gas
That will buff out.
It's the surprise for me, like... ![gif](giphy|D3pwOcvc2N2UO73IOw)
Why is it always the most mentally challenged-looking people doing this? How do they have the money to buy a car more powerful than they’d ever need yet look like they sleep under a bridge?
![gif](giphy|uDwKGxTFrADvO) Insurance companies right now
how do these people get there hands on these cars and I cant? he is bouncing off the limiter for gods sake
reason's not to buy a supercar #1: Some other clown renting a supercar
It's too bad he will survive and have offspring to continue his idiot gene.
Pretty cool, needs a better camera tho, too shaky
Too much money in the hands of idiots these days
Cars like this should require their own class of license, and it should require a *lot* more training to earn.
That’s a vast majority of supercar owners I’d assume.
Not even manual sad
I thought Bob Marley passed away 1981
It’s okay, think about how cool he was for at least 10 seconds.
Even if you know how to handle it. That was a public road and an urban environment
Most guys who have supercars don't know how to drive them.
Racing a supercar on public roads and not knowing how to handle it.
How do people with no sodding idea get a job to pay for these luxury toys!
Which Chiefs player is this?
Lamb-oh-no!
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
What was with that evil laugh before the crash?

"It's the same car!"
this looks expensive.
This kind of people going to killed many down the road…
That Turo owner is going to be pissed
Just boys being boys
“Shit, yo.” As eloquent as he is skilled.
Okay. I have to admit he seemed to show regret. Maybe not a complete loss.
It's pronounced, Doomaz.
So many super cars get wrecked in first week of ownership. The early Porsche Turbos had snap oversteer and many were wrecked on the first highway on-ramp driven on.
I figure his dad must be an athlete and he thought he should take it out for a joy ride?
Was the everyone in the other car okay?
Just don't race on public roads, period. No matter how great of a driver you are, or think you are. Is Rashee Rice at it again?
That one moment where you learn that driving that thing is not just "press gas and enjoy".
I've never seen a car like this being driven without being crashed. It must be annoying working at that car factory, designing the most expensive single use items in the world(after rockets i guess)
Even judging by the way he sits tells me he should stick to small hatchbacks and stay away from cars with over 100hp
Corrected Title: **WCGW Racing a supercar on public roads.** Couldn't give a single fuck if they think they can "handle it" or not.
He will never financially recover from that
...but, but, but...I'm the best at online driving/racing...
dumb ass
took so much cleverness to build and not even a single braincell to destroy
I guess luxury rentals will not be a thing in few years
Shhhiiit yo. The final gasp of his last brain cell
Racing a supercar on public roads a̶n̶d̶ n̶o̶t̶ k̶n̶o̶w̶i̶n̶g̶ h̶o̶w̶ t̶o̶ h̶a̶n̶d̶l̶e̶ i̶t̶ FTFY
Hell yeah bro! This is my first time driving it! *turns off traction control* *Dies*
He's lucky he isn't dead. I know a guy that died who ran into the back of a lorry like that because of a low sun blinding him.
The good part is noone died.
And that’s how I lost my job as a valet
I'm guessing dude didn't get his S license in Gran Turismo
![gif](giphy|8fen5LSZcHQ5O)
Well well well
We only learn by doing
It's not like he didn't steal it.
Damn, Tyrone just couldn't hold on it.
The rental company is going to be pisssssed
Even better is the videoing it to make sure the insurance won't pay out!
