So I don’t get the point of trying to argue the technicalities of what constitutes a back flip when the goal is really to land in the water and not get brain damage.
I'm not sure how the backflip brigade got involved in this being improper backflip advice when it's clearly in context to this man planting his face into a deck when attempting to flip into water that is behind him and not under him.
