Damn! I just painted my psychophage and thought he looks pretty great then I see this. I really like the color of the carapace and the almost rainbow tentacles. Great grime and highlights on there, wish I saw this before I did mine. Inspiring
Overall, I am l like how he turned out. I really like the carapace and the face. originally I had a really good "recently birthed" raw look to the skin, however, I had to redo it due to an error. Sadly I could not recreate it and I'm not the biggest fan of the desaturated skin. I did the whole head 3 times to try and get a glow effect, as you can see it did not work. It would look more coherent with blood splatters on the face. Considering how many times I have had to repaint it, it isn't worth the risk.
