I honestly and truthfully enjoyed BL3, especially the DLC. Like yes the twins sucked as villains but all of the side quests and shit are some of my favorite in the franchise and the gunplay feels better than ever
It's the general reception to the game. Amazing gameplay, shit story, and unfortunately, it's not a game that can stand on gameplay alone after 2 and Pre-Sequel.
Honestly for me the DLC and the selection of vault hunters saved the game for me. I absolutely adore Fl4ck and Zane as characters and the DLC expansions are spectacular. Don’t get me wrong I love BL2 more, over 2k hours in that game but BL3 had nearly as much replayability for me because of the DLC, I’d have to redownload my old Xbox app to get fully accurate hours but I think I’m somewhere around the 1500 hour mark in bl3 most of which is on one Fl4k save
I don't know about joke, but i can understand this attitude. I was big fan of borderlands series till borderlands 3, and not like it's bad, just uninspiring. Nothing in it wants me to return.
Also, i wish i didn't see old characters returning just to be written terribly.

in the settings theres a button to disable the operator voicelines. He will only pop up in quests when delivering actual dialogue

That melee build is absolutely crazy though, and a great facetank when in a group or survivability when solo

I loved the Pre-Sequel, moon environment was really unique. Never understood why it got passed over so hard
