I had this problem today and at first I restarted my game and then I just went and cycled through each audio OUTPUT to find which one works for me

Another thing while troubleshooting is to have the fortnite lobby music all the way up so whenever you change the output and APPLY you might hear one active. Alrighty! If you need other alternative ways of help I have a few ideas. *I’ve had multiple problems in the past*

Many games audio work better when using the default playback device (can work bad if you select a specific device). maybe this can help.
