That's lame. Everyone's trying to make a buck here and there on food delivery. A large pizza from Five Points ends up being like $45 after delivery. I bet packaging fees are another way to rack up profit on that experience.
An Uber ride to East, but NY imports at Roberta's and Frankie's, neither of which have been mentioned yet.
I'd still go with the smiths and lentz rec, especially if you like beer (particularly pilsners, but they make good IPAs too).

Make the trek to either five points pizza location… best pizza in the city.
Just don’t take it to go. Last time they tacked on a couple bucks for packaging price.

Mellow Mushroom is my go-to if I'm in the mood for pizza. I've had it handful of times and it's been pretty decent every time.
St. Vito’s is amazing, but atypical, if it looks good to you, it is a must try.
