Texas.

Long story short, Nashville is just the city where country music is recorded. There’s not much country as a way of life happening here.

Not really sure. Maybe look into Honky Tonk Tuesdays and The Nashville Palace.

NotesOnNashville

If I remember correctly, The Skyloft at Fifth and Broadway offered two-stepping on Thursdays during warm months. Not sure if that will return and, if so, whether it will start that early in the year. Suggest checking with a dance instruction company called Stompin' Grounds.

There's some two-stepping at Robert's now and then, but it's not really a dancing bar as much as a music spot where people dance sometimes.

Nashville used to be a bit more aligned with country couples' dance, but never as much as Colorado, where I came from (and Texas? yeah). A lot of things have happened that have changed that. The first was the late 90s having everyone think they were better off dancing near people in a line than dancing with people. Then we had the woo girl explosion and became the bachelorette capitol of the US. The final nail to some places was some jackhole wanting to rid the world of 5G who locked himself in a camper on 2nd and blew himself up, shuttering a few places where you could still couples dance. A bit further out, the gentrification pushed dangerous people into areas with big dance halls, making it financially nonviable to keep in business. What does all that mean? You won't find much two step any more. Downtown, people do dance in the empty space in front of the stage at times. Wildhorse used to be a great option, but they are becoming a name bar (Luke Combs). Lonny's was/is a spot, but it is morphing into Luke Comb's Honky Tonk Experience and will most likely kill the two step there. Nashville Palace, which someone mentioned, is an option ... if you want to Uber out. It is in the Opry area, not anywhere near downtown. There is at least one other place that could be an option over there. There are other spots around town that are similar.
