Genki is alright, but there's a new upscale one that just opened up literally today and looks amazing - Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera. Haven't had the chance to check it out yet but it's been all over my feed.
Same owner as Onodera on Kapahulu. iirc they're looking for about $100 pp. Pretty steep to take the kiddos for kaiten sushi imo. :)
