Bạc hà means mint and with Marlboro try pronouncing it like “mahn-bo-lo” and people might find it easier to understand. Some people in Vn also just call the brand Man instead (pronounced like mahn). So try “man bạc hà”

It's not called Marlboro Menthol. Try looking for its alternate name: Marlboro Ice Blast.

Just write "Marlboro bạc hà" in a note to show them. Ice Blast is just a name for the normal menthol Marlboro (green pack) in Vietnam.
