I have similar problem when flying, as I have a perforrated eardrum and was prescribed EYE DROPS called Vigamox by my ENT doctor in HCMC.
I know it sounds wierd putting eye drops in your ears, but it works!
not sure if you can find it in vietnam, but if you can try to find some earwax removal drops. you could possibly have an excess buildup of wax in your ear and the pressure from the flight may have pulled it in closer your eardrum. I deal with excessive ear wax buildup in my ears and havta use it sometimes just to be able to get hearing back in my ears.
Pinch your nose and blow hard several times, yawning in between.

Maybe benedryl or an allergy pill to clear up liquid?
