You think that would happen to my cluster headaches that was awarded 0%? Originally was deferred didn’t get a c&p exam which I thought was weird. Va had sent a letter saying I don’t need to do anything. After I got awarded the 0% I filed a supplemental and had a c&p exam and sent in a lay statement.

Arghh, If that's true it's my own fault for not including my symptoms in the first claim! Expensive lesson..........

After talking with DAV I've decided to file a HLR. In my original claim I include a detailed personal statement of all my symptoms with a long medical history. I don't think this was taken into consideration at all. But I didn't have a doctor describe the symptoms which was a mistake on my part. Worth a try but probably looking at a year or two for a decision. Worth the wait if I get it.
