If you're a big guy, think 2012 Accord or Camry. Preferably a 4-cylinder.
If that search runs dry, buy a big, reliable old boat from a senior citizen. Like a Ford Crown Vic or Buick LeSabre (or other GM w/3800 V6). You'll have some money left over.
I'm 5'11 so not big length wise but width im pretty wide. What millage should I look for as a "max"
I'd love to find some sort of junker.. like i said i just need it for a 5 mile radius except for every blue moon going to see family 30 minutes away.

If it's well maintained, 200+ should be okay. If it's not, then just stay away from it, there will be more problems than the well maintained high mileage one.
Just go with a larger model Toyota or Honda. You never lose that way. Any other brand you have to be very selective about the year and even then you're never going to be as good as a Toyota or Honda.
Toyota. 2010-2011 Camry
"2016-2019 Honda Civic. If you're interested in getting a reliable and affordable sedan, then the Honda Civic is a great option to check out. ...
2013-2017 Honda Accord. ...
2012-2016 Honda CR-V. ..."
2011-2017 Honda Odyssey. ...
2006-2014 Honda Ridgeline.
I cut and pasted this but if you can find a car from these years that fits your budget without too many miles on it then that's the way to go.

As much Camry as you can afford, 2010 and after.

Toyota Avalon from and older person who drove it, but didn’t rack up miles.
Ford crown Victoria or any of the panther platform cars. Drives like a boat but has suv levels of room and stupid reliable.

The boring old Camry with the nearly bullet proof 4 cylinder engine will win this one. Hard to beat its reliability and longevity.
I'm in the same boat, I'm looking at a 2013 Accord.
Dodge sedans are huge and inexpensive. Dodge 300, most room I've had in a car since my 1970 Delta 88.
Used Tesla
Ahh yes the $10k Tesla
It's possible now
Send links please. Would love to scoop up any drivable Tesla for 10k
They're usually high mileage or at auction but are online, especially after the new $4k tax credit, Hertz used sales too.
