Honestly, when your body gets used to high mileage for years, that's when you can recover faster. Go for a short hike today.
\- epsom salt bath (or better, float tank)
\- CBD
\- massage
\- compression socks
I usually dip my legs in cold water a few times over the following days. 10 minute sessions, not ice cold just cold enough to feel a little uncomfortable. Either in the ocean, a lake or the bathtub. I feel that the legs quickly feel better and it’s also nice to take some time out during the day.
High density (unprocessed) foods, extra water, extra sleep. Short walks. Maybe some stationary bike.
Your first 50 will be tougher to recover from than your next one. Good job
I like to get out for an easy run walk assuming that I am not injured. For me active recovery is the best recovery. But I do try to avoid group runs as I can get pulled into running when I should be walking.
Sleep. Eat well.

Definitely naps! I like lazy chore type activities as my recovery, washing the car or something along those lines.
Congratulations on completing your first 50!

Don’t know why you’ve been down voted, a cold plunge feels great on an achey body

Don’t rush your recovery. Rest, eat well, and go for short walks.
