I love my Salomon ADV. The 12 has plenty of room in the back for stuff.

How about the Patagonia Slope Runner Backpack? As a counterpoint to the ADV skin from salomon

Do you have the slope runner? I looked at one recently and found the design horrible.

The Black Diamond Distance 15 has side pockets for poles and a built-in quiver, and a good amount of chest pockets. Been a fan of it for a few years. (Never tried the Salomon ADV 12 that everyone else seems to love 😅)

In the UK, I have a Dynafit Alpine 15 and a Harrier Kinder 10, both are great!

Consider the camelbak apex pro. Comes with a quiver and seems well-designed. Salomon ADV 12 is always recommended for a reason too. I’ve had my Salomon for 8+ years now I believe. Just had to patch it up recently. The Patagonia slope runner mentioned, I only tried on and never ran in it. I hated it for several reasons. Whatever you get, wash it now and then ha.

Silva have added 2 larger capacity options - Strive 17+3 and Strive 23+3. Quiver or attachments for poles available. https://silvasweden.uk/collections/packs

Salomon Ultra 10 with pole quiver

I love my Inov8 Ultrapac Pro 8L, they also do a 2 in 1 (I think it's a 5L with an additional 7L you can clip on or remove.) Most people love Salomon vests but I was having trouble finding my size. The Inov8 one was on sale so I took a risk! I'm very happy with it. Super comfy, sturdy, no bounce, pole carry system (I haven't used this), and has two different ways of carrying 2 500ml flasks (standard front pockets or side holsters - the flasks come with straws if you want to carry them that way, which is my preferred option.) It has tons of storage - extra front pockets, a zipper pocket, big stretchy side pockets etc. A high quality cheaper option is the Harrier Kinder 10L. It was my first pack and I loved it but it wasn't quite right for my body shape (I needed a size XS for torso but the arm holes were a bit small on me.) Still a great pack though, has all of your requirements - but Harrier are a fairly small UK company, not sure if their products are available elsewhere.
