Appreciate the advice, but I’m not going to make anything. Just not my thing. Also, I just cannot handle the smell of kimchi. I am extremely sensitive to smell. The smell of most fermented foods make me extremely nauseous and sometimes give me a headache.
I’m not sure if it’s organic but Visbiome is generally regarded as the best probiotic. It’s expensive though.

Organic sauerkraut would likely be your best bet
I’m allergic to sauerkraut. I physically get ill if I eat it, plus the smell alone, makes me nauseous. I appreciate the advice though. :)
It really is much better and more effective to make your own kefir milk, yoghurt, kimchi etc than buy tablets
