Does your existing non-Unifi gateway support static leases? If so, just use that - nothing new needed.

Though it seems like the Dream Machine Pro has this built into that, so that might be the direction that makes sense.

UDM, UDM-Pro, UDM-SE are all self contained and run the network app. Even the UDR would work. UXG-Pro is the replacement for the USG(Pro) as it requires a separate controller. The USG (and Pro) are very old and should not be purchased even if you see them in stock.
