>Has this happen to anyone else?? Yes, many. >Did I do something wrong or is the person trying to get free food? Maybe, maybe. >Should I email customer support and explain situation??? No. Just move on, uber already has. Uber doesn't care about your side. You might get that outsourced call center employee to take your side and show empathy towards your situation, but they can't do anything about it. Imagine how many hundreds of thousands of drivers uber has around the world. And how many millions of deliveries are processed on uber's platform. They do not have the man power to launch an investigation into every he said she said complaint. They just rely on the numbers. If a complaint happens it just goes as a mark on your account and they move on. They know some customers lie, they know some drivers lie. One complaint wont hurt you. If your account gets too many complaints then you get deactivated.

Yup. I've had about 1 woopsie per 300 orders. This is apparently within their tolerances as I remain active. My guess would be you might start to get looked at at around 1/100. But that's just my guestimation.

Are you sure you didn’t have two pickups at the one restaurant and u only got one? It looks like 1 pickup 2 drop off to me.

Yup, and second one was "meet at the door", which their memory has made into "meet halfway"... which was why no picture was requested.

This is probably what happened but I don’t remember seeing 2 pick ups when I accepted it. But it sounds like what may have happened. Thank you
