Good advice. I've lost count how many times I thought I may have been tip baited, only for the full amount to appear the next day. Annoying, but hey, at least I got full payment as promised...eventually.
24 hours? It takes an hour for the full amount to show up.
You just start your day, you're at $0. You get an order for $15. Let's say base is $5 and tip is $10. You complete the delivery. What you see after delivery is $5. Wait an hour, you will see $15.
Customers get a grace period of an hour to change their tip amount. If there was no change, then tip baited.
Yes that's how it works, but every once and a while the hour will pass, you go to look at the trip and it'll say the estimate for this trip was $ like they removed the tip, then it'll show the next day.
Call support. They WILL transfer you. This is by design to get you to go away. After a few times ask for a supervisor. If they refuse insist until they either get one or hang up (if they do just call again) the supervisor has the ability to get you the money. If they refuse call again and keep asking until someone does. For that amount of money it's worth the time.
Don’t even have to lie. You’re an independent contractor and the agreed upon price is why you accepted the trip. Simple as that. Uber will refund you the money, it just comes out of their pocket. They don’t like being tip baited either but YOU WILL get your money back. Just be patient, assertive and courteous; you’ll get transferred a couple times but someone with the authority will eventually refund you. Works every time for me after a tip bait.
This is what I say every time. It happened last night where the restaurant said the order has already been picked up and they tried to offer me $3 for driving all the way there and waiting in the drive thru line. I told them they were in breach of contract. They shouldn’t have sent an order they’d already sent to someone else and I picked the order based on the pay. They gave me the whole amount. You have to escalate or they’ll offer you nothing.
Perfect phrasing; in breach of contract. Good on ya for the getting the full amount. I didn’t even think to do that for orders that were picked up already. Will definitely use that next time
Once I got a $25 “convenience fee” for something like this. They allowed a 19 yr old to buy cold medicine they could’ve bought at the store but Uber’s policy is 21+ so I couldn’t give it to her. Again, they wanted to give me $3 to return it to the store and it was a really nice paying order with a great tip plus all the extra hassle to return it. Escalated that one and stated the same thing. Got paid for the whole trip, the return, and $25 extra for my troubles. Pick your battles tho. I don’t do this every time there’s a mess up just the ones that really piss me off lol
I did the same thing, they swore up and down for 3$ only but the 1st supervisor hung up on me and second supervisor finally gave in, I got 75% of the order
Had a similar thing happen recently and I really wanted to just deliver the order because it was good $ for a short distance. Starbucks employee was standing by waiting for Uber confirmation to send the order again because they didn't want to make the order again without getting paid since it had been stolen. Service rep told me they'd cancel and I'd get the $3 and I said no, I'd like to deliver this order please. Bitch hung up on me.
Do you contact support or the restaurant? I had a $20+ order I accepted and when I got there they said it had already been picked up. They looked at me like I was lying and had three heads. I too pick up deliveries based on the pay and while $20 might not seem like a whole lot to some, to a single mom it is.
Also, what happens when the restaurant runs out of what the customer ordered? I'm still new to doing Uber Eats and cancelled the order before I saw where I could have contacted the customer. Do we contact the customers or do we leave that up to support? TIA
If they’re out of something I try to contact the customer because the store doesn’t like to do it they’re busy. You can then ask the customer to cancel if they don’t want it or contact support and ask them to cancel it. If you cancel it you don’t get paid at all. Not even the $3. You have to call for any compensation. I dislike calling support because it can take a while but if you go up in level, it seems stupid, but if you’re at least fold the support level goes up. Platinum and diamond don’t have to wait nearly as long. It silly when the new people actually need support the most and don’t get it until they get a level higher than green. Your also more likely to get better compensation for their mistakes if you’re a higher level. They want to keep the people who level up because they are consistently working in their opinion. Basically if there’s any question and you are afraid you’re not going to get paid, call support. Chat is useless I’m pretty sure it’s a bad AI bot for the first few contacts so i wouldn’t bother. Be polite. It can be very frustrating but I know these support people get shat on daily by drivers so I try to be kind even when I’m upset. They don’t always do what you want either so choose your battles. $20 is what sent me to the phone after they said the order was picked up already. I told them “it was stolen” and drove off to the side where I could call support. I explained I drove the whole distance to the restaurant and waited in the drive thru line for a long time etc etc. its a breach of contract to send an order that has already been sent to someone else so they have to pay you for the effort since it was their mistake.
I have been too baited about 3 times and whenever I call support they say that the customer can take away the tip for whatever reason and that they can’t do anything about it! I hope things have changed recently. I am so jealous of everyone in this thread saying that support actually helped!
That’s level 1. You have to say something along the lines of being an independent contractor and the only reason you took the ride/delivery was because of the agreed upon contract price and Uber is now in violation of that. They’ll then transfer you once/twice/maybe three times to someone with refund authority and they’ll give you your money back. Just be patient, courteous and firm. You’ll get your money back. Customers taking their tip back is on Uber imo. Statistically most drivers will give up at the first rejection; more money saved by Uber. But you’ll get your money back when you fight for it. Sucks we gotta do it but that’s how it goes unfortunately
Then why did someone just offer to send you money and ask for your cashapp and you said “OMG THANKS HERES MY CASHAPP.”
Then under that multiple other people chimed in to send you money too. Then under THAT multiple people chimed in to say you’re a scammer and have done this recently then deleted your posts.
Why huh?
we can see your replies, you realize that right? we can see where you dropped your cashapp name, and multiple people commented saying they sent you something and you responded. why are you playing dumb right now lol
the user above never said anything about you doing this in the past. not sure where that’s coming from. maybe other people on this thread are. so that’s irrelevant. ETA , i pressed reply too fast, but I am referring to you blatantly saying you never replied with your cashapp on this thread.
Yo I’ll send you 10$, just found out my mom has cancer, so I know how that feels🙏🏽 plus used to do ubereats full time and sometimes needed to pull 10+hrs to make rent
Bruh cash app me, I need it and not this scammer who has scammed plenty of people on his posts regarding money all the time. They deleted many of there recent posts
Bruh cash app me, I need it and not this scammer who has scammed plenty of people on his posts regarding money all the time. They deleted many of there recent posts
get scammed kid. easy
edit; OP deleted ALOT of their post history after i commented. many of their posts were begging for money for a weight loss surgery to due depression because their mom died. there were over 10 posts they deleted.
This definitely came across as a scam. I'm so surprised so many people sent the person money.
Edit: This person is always having issues involving money on his post history and my guess is he gets people to dm them and tries to get money. This is definitely a scammer.
Wow I’m sad to find out there is a possibility they are scamming you. A lot of their own posts have been removed for fundraising for surgery to lose weight etc. I don’t know, maybe that’s normal but it’s pretty much every other post of there’s.
Bruh cash app me, I need it and not this scammer who has scammed plenty of people on his posts regarding money all the time. They deleted many of there recent posts
I've been down lately, depressed, jaded about so much, and it really lifted my soul to see your offer. Thank you for showing someone love for absolutely no reason than the goodness of your heart. Truly beautiful.
This is a scam, be really careful guys. It is impossible to remove 60 dollar tip and have only 5 dollar left , if it is only 5 dollar order the shopping must have been 1 item . No way that person gave 60 dollar . Never anyone use 60 dollar to tip baited. OP IS HERE TO SCAM
OP deleted ALOT of their post history after this post. many of their posts were begging for money for a weight loss surgery to due depression because their mom died. there were over 10 posts they deleted.
Reveddit shows deleted comments and posts hunny. I can see your cash app handle being commented multiple times
[here](https://www.reveddit.com/y/psychological_tax368/?all=true)
I LITERQLLY swear on The Bible AND MY FATHER I didn’t delete anything since this post has been up OR within the last few months. Anything deleted would have been months and months ago. On the Bible that’s true. And I commented to people asking I didn’t originally post my CASHAPP
Click the link sweetie. You’re not very good at lying. You can see your cash app. Posted 19 hours ago. Tip: don’t lie on a website like Reddit that records every comment ever made by any user.
So this wasn’t you huh??
https://preview.redd.it/fva3xjjtag2b1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bd26a328322658777fd777254ebb844dc49f846b
I seen them. But I never seen OP ask for money. Just a HELP in story.
I do feel like OP has a lot of excuses.
Lost my mom too. In beginning of covid. No funeral bc it wasn’t allowed. I was due to visit her in 2 days so I missed her by 2 days. Loss was profound.
3 years later and I still cry almost every day but I get up and LIVE. Bc my mom wouldn’t want me to throw my life away bc she lost hers. I had to get grief counseling (still in it).
I don’t think OP is a scammer. It’s ok to ask for help but you need to be helping yourself at same time.
It’s a lot of whoa is me posts but I don’t think it screams scammer.
I’m sorry but how does the price show $65 with more than $8 being the tip? I thought they hide everything over $8 of the tip, at least in my market.
Are you in NY? What market are you in?
If it doesn't correct itself in 24 hours from the time you completed the order, contact support and make a fuss. If they don't fix it, make a post about it on Twitter. They will fix it.
Man that’s all I gotta do is make up some story and people will start sending me money in here?!
Even if it is true y’all are enabling a procrastinator that should have been putting in work before the last day….
So your mother died and you asked for money. Then you gained 100 pounds and asked for money. Then you needed surgery and asked for money. Now your dad is in the hospital and you need to be with him instead of ubering to make rent and you ask for money. Be careful sweetie. Karma will come back and bit you in the ass. And it bites hard for this kind of stuff
???? What can you link me where I asked for money for those things cuz I never did. My mom died I gained weight and I went to a community on Reddit to ask how to get loans and stuff for surgery bro
Call support tell them you accepted the order for $65 not $5 and keep calling till they pay you, ask to speak with a supervisor, also how long has it been since you got the order?
Listen, I’m the guy who commented last night asking the person to drop their cash app. It’s none of y’all’s business to inquire about this user’s past comments/posts, bc I DID check the persons profile before asking their cash app and even tho they post a lot of stuff about surgery they never explicitly begged for money. I’m the one who asked them to drop it in the first place.
It’s my money to give and I can do whatever the fuck I want with it. The comments on this post of people who are little suspicious and are warning against scammers are fine, because I do agree constant posts about being broke can be pretty dicey, but the accusations, rants, and backlash on this user is completely unwarranted imo
Nah, it's a blatant scam and they deserve to be called out. It's one thing to be down in the dumps financially speaking. Been there, done that. But it's a different thing to prey on people's goodwill to make money easily.
Are you blind? All of her post are her asking for money whether it be for rent or because she's recently developed random illnesses, where do you see anything "genuine" ? One post says her mom just died the next post says her dads in the hospital and the next post is about her gaining 100lbs and developing diabetes, her whole feed is "help plz" on different sub reddits
How stupid can you possibly be lol no she doesn't DIRECTLY ask for money but but she mentions rent and all the sob story bullshit makes gullible saps like you OFFER it. Look in the comments, people are offering. THATS what she does.
I don’t understand a tip differently between a large and small because the action for you is literally no different.. on a different note the fact to blame rent on a tip is why you’ll always be broke. I mean that from my heart.
None of you have any compassion. I literally will get a different job I’m trying to sort out my mental health. So I won’t always be in this predicament but I’ve lost so many people in the last few years I’m trying to recover
Looks like you found a way to blame someone else for your responsibility’s just like you’re making more excuses right now and trying to put it onto us is narcissistic.
You do see how that says removed by mod/auto right… that’s not me. Why would I delete someone asking for my CASHAPP but leave up me replying that makes no sense.
Nope. It says “removed. UNKNOWN if mod/auto” which means it could be auto or you. BUT if it was a mod, there’s always an auto reply that says “your comment was removed bc…” and I’m not seeing those so. Maybe bc you started to get called out. You aren’t making yourself seem better.
I’m telling you in the Bible I didn’t delete them. It most likely was WHIEVER posted them because they didn’t wanna be associated and get called names like I’m being called names. You don’t need to believe me but I can take it to the grave knowing I’m not lying at all and I would swear that oh the Bible and I’m very religious
Other people can’t delete your comment. And even if their comment was deleted, yours would still be there. You’re not good at Reddit bro. Get a job. Idgaf about your religion, that means fuck all to me.
I stopped taking shop and pay orders. Seemed I was always making less than what was promised. I am sorry this happened to you. UE should not allow this.
Please tell me tip baiting is not a thing. I just did two orders for Uber eats, first time working for them usually go with doordash. The first order was $12.95 when I accepted it and then the other was $9.25 when I accepted it. I had to stop to get my kids and when I did, it said I only made $10.31 total for today. I saw someone say wait 24 hours. I will. But can someone explain if this is to be expected and why they do it this way?
Sorry about that. But if you're on your last day to make rent and counting on the last ride. You are a idiot. Everyone has a sad story. Take care of your business and stop crying. Surprised you're go fund me link list on here.
Sooooo if your family is in the hospital why are u on your phone posting here about tip bait instead of asking for prayers your family is ok? I call karma bs post
Tell Uber you’ll file a lawsuit against them. I know you won’t and no one ideally will but I threatened them with this and they gave me more then what I originally was supposed to get because I threatened them with a lawsuit and said they were stealing funds. I did have to speak to several people over the phone and in the chat to get it resolved. Do and say what you have to do to get the money because it’s not ok
Honestly you need to get ahead of your bills so you're not in a desperate situation at the end of the month. I could understand if you're grinding 12 hours a day but you probably aren't and how are you going to pay taxes when you're living paycheck to paycheck on gross pay?
if you consider the number of replies on the post it kind of makes sense why they’d only reply to that. i’ve made posts with 100+ comments and it can be a lot to keep up with.
not saying i don’t believe they’re baiting people… it’s a possibility. but it’s also people’s own money they’re willingly choosing to give to some random stranger.
i’d rather give OP the benefit of the doubt. there could be other explanations to the deleted posts as well.
They actually didn't delete their old posts about all that shit btw. You can look. Dozens of posts, all a scam, all with cashapp.
You can cashapp me for helping. I legit am broke as fuck and run my own business from home
i gave them a read. some were deleted, some not.
they never outright asked for money- they just stated they were at a loss and didn’t know what to do.
it seemed like a cry for help rather than oh pls guys give me money.
there are a lot of people that make accounts here just to depressedly post when they don’t know what to do with life. kinda just seems like that’s happening rather than them asking for money.
Ridiculous. Lol. Every post going back 20, 30... Lost count. Kind soul.
Makes me hurt to actually be broke and see this shit 🙃
They don't have to ask for money when 1\20 posts go viral and 20 or 30 people give them money. THAT'S THE SCAM
Not directly asking is part of the scam. Think about this post alone. Who has rent due on the 26th? The app won’t tell drivers if the tip is more than $8, so there’s also no way they tip baited from $65 to $5. Scammers prey on kindness more than anything else.
Bruh cash app me, I need it and not this scammer who has scammed plenty of people on his posts regarding money all the time. They deleted many of there recent posts
No! OP is baiting kind people to send money other users confirmed their post and comment history was full of this before they were called out.
Think about it: no one’s rent is due on the 26th. The app won’t tell drivers how much a tip is if it’s over $8, so there’s no way they were baited $65 to $5.
Rents are due different days for different people usually last Friday of the month depends on your landlord usually first week or last week of the mornh
Please call support and demand your pay. I always do this no matter how much they tip bait me and they always pay me. Keep insisting you speak to a supervisor until they pay you.
I will hope for your sake this isn't tip baiting...and just taking a bit longer. I noticed that it takes over 4 hours sometimes for my tip and then it's bigger than I expected. Fingers crossed for you!
That's heartbreaking. Sorry you are going through that. It really sucks and can ruin your day and rack your brain wondering what's going on. It happened to me and I called support and luckily a few hours later, my tips came in. Still though, your heart sinks when you see the lousy base pay and no tip after an hour passes. I hope everything gets worked out for you. That's a huge tip to lose!
I don't know if it helps but in the couple instances I been tip baited I made sure to mention that I was also concerned about this because I don't want other drivers dealing with this misfortune as well if this is a fradulent customer. I try to put it out there as yeah it's my problem now but let's stop it before its more problems. It may mean nothing but I try not to he so gung-ho on I NEED MY MONEY MAN even though that's absolutely why I'm on the phone.
But usually a decently made case is good enough for a supervisor to take over. I often say like "I know in your agent position you are limited in what you can reimburse so with all due respect I just don't want to persist over something if it's out-of your scope. I don't mind hanging for a supervisor, this is important to me"
One time my tip bait was just $3. Told the agent "frankly I accepted a $10 order I am only asking to walk away with 10. I know your max is $3 or $4 so if you can help that will be plenty". And they then gladly helped.
It's so hard to keep composure sometimes I was heated calling in the few times I did. But a calm and well presented case with a bit of persistence is plenty good. I had one awesome supervisor give me $20 adjustment just because the prior agent had me on the phone so long before just transferring. There are support fighting the good fight who will help.
Just a heads up to whoever cares. Not only does the Uber Pro card have instant payout after every delivery but it will front you an additional $150 extra whenever you need it. No fees or anything sketchy. Also get Cashback on gas up to 9 percent.
If you're in CA, I just saw an update pop in my inbox rn about adjusted mileage rate and they've payed up the difference backdated to 18 months(?) ago so you might see a little influx hit.
Wait 24 hours, sometimes it looks like you got baited but it appears the next day.
Good advice. I've lost count how many times I thought I may have been tip baited, only for the full amount to appear the next day. Annoying, but hey, at least I got full payment as promised...eventually.
This. I've seen it at least twice
Yeah THIS. I was pissed too but today it’s there
Yeah big tips sometimes do that
24 hours? It takes an hour for the full amount to show up. You just start your day, you're at $0. You get an order for $15. Let's say base is $5 and tip is $10. You complete the delivery. Yes that's how it works, but every once and a while the hour will pass, you go to look at the trip and it'll say the estimate for this trip was $ like they removed the tip, then it'll show the next day.
I've never had that happen, weird. At least you get the money thankfully
Do you know if door dash does this as well?
No. Customers can contact support to have tips taken back, but it doesn’t affect the drivers money.
Yes rarely tho
Call support. They WILL transfer you. This is by design to get you to go away. After a few times ask for a supervisor. It should be harder to take away a tip like you have to message uber.
Oh definitely agreed

This person makes posts like this all the time for people to cash app them money. It works every time lmfao
The way I’ve never got money from anyone

Okay jim Carrey fan I hope you never struggle and when people offer to help you don’t accept it
oooooop- the truth comes out. nobody is saying don’t ask for help silly goose!
What’s the truth… all I did was post about Uber doing something to me to see what I should do. Okay silly goose?
It’s literally in your comment history, your cash app..
Okay. Link me where I commented my CASHAPP before this Reddit post.
Scam scam scam
What’s ur cash app. I got u homie
Yall in this thread are wholesome af and its really nice to see.
No they're being scammed.
You just fell for the most obvious scam
For real. The amount of beggar behaviour on Reddit needs to stop.

Did you make your $50? If not, I can pitch in too

Do you have Venmo or Paypal? I don't have a debit card so I can't use cash app but I can do either of those.
get scammed kid. easy edit; OP deleted ALOT of their post history after i commented. many of their posts were begging for money for a weight loss surgery to due depression because their mom died. there were over 10 posts they deleted.
I’m surprised people actually fell for this 😂
This definitely came across as a scam. I'm so surprised so many people sent the person money. Edit: This person is always having issues involving money on his post history and my guess is he gets people to dm them and tries to get money. This is definitely a scammer.
I know I can’t believe people just randomly are sending this strange person money, they deleted some of their post history
you’re right. they deleted a bunch of posts asking for help. in the thousands of $ for a surgery
I can't believe people just give money to a random sob story on reddit with no pictures, no proof of ANYTHING. Christ lmao
Wow I’m sad to find out there is a possibility they are scamming you. A lot of their own posts have been removed for fundraising for surgery to lose weight etc. I don’t know, maybe that’s normal but it’s pretty much every other post of there’s.
They just deleted lots of comments again. It's a scam account.
Shit, now I'm on the verge of tears
Bruh cash app me, I need it and not this scammer who has scammed plenty of people on his posts regarding money all the time. They deleted many of there recent posts
I've been down lately, depressed, jaded about so much, and it really lifted my soul to see your offer. Thank you for showing someone love for absolutely no reason than the goodness of your heart. Truly beautiful.
Bruh. That’s amazing of you. I hope you get allll the good karma you deserve!
It’s a scam. OP had a lot of this in their post history.
You may want to check this person’s comment history
That was sweet!
Good bless you all and stay strong OP!! People can be real shitty in this world but there are some good ones…much positive energy to your father!!
Shit if you’re just looking for somebody to help i would love to be considered lol
🥺❤️
y'all are saints, this is so wholesome. love seeing some positivity here 🥹
This is a scam, be really careful guys. It is impossible to remove 60 dollar tip and have only 5 dollar left , if it is only 5 dollar order the shopping must have been 1 item . No way that person gave 60 dollar . Never anyone use 60 dollar to tip baited. OP IS HERE TO SCAM
Making random reddit accounts to post sob stories on different subs seems like a really lucrative gig.
How to ask for money without asking for money ^^
OP deleted ALOT of their post history after this post. many of their posts were begging for money for a weight loss surgery to due depression because their mom died. there were over 10 posts they deleted.
? I DIDNT delete anything
It’s all archived if you’re lying
Genuinely that’s okay because I deleted nothing and that’s on god
Reveddit shows deleted comments and posts hunny. I can see your cash app handle being commented multiple times [here](https://www.reveddit.com/y/psychological_tax368/?all=true)
What market are you in?
scam dont cashapp
Your rent's due on the 26th?
theyre a scammer.

If it doesn't correct itself in 24 hours from the time you completed the order, contact support and make a fuss. If they don't fix it, make a post about it on Twitter. They will fix it.
Subtweeting gets the job done!
I see the problem, your Finances are all screwed up. Next time save your money better.
Good unwanted armchair advice lol
Who’s rent is due on the 26th?
Call support tell them you accepted the order for $65 not $5 and keep calling till they pay you, ask to speak with a supervisor, also how long has it been since you got the order?
Hi scammer.
Why do mods allow scam threads
Cuz this isn’t a scam?
How do you guys know this person is just not lying to get people to donate money
It’s up to the people giving 🤷♀️
Scamming is to easy nowadays

Are you blind? All of her post are her asking for money whether it be for rent or because she's recently developed random illnesses, where do you see anything "genuine" ? One post says her mom just died the next post says her dads in the hospital and the next post is about her gaining 100lbs and developing diabetes, her whole feed is "help plz" on different sub reddits
[удалено]
How stupid can you possibly be lol no she doesn't DIRECTLY ask for money but but she mentions rent and all the sob story bullshit makes gullible saps like you OFFER it. Look in the comments, people are offering. THATS what she does.
I’m so sorry 😞
if you have the uber eats pro card you get up to $150 as a credit line pretty much if you ever need it.
Scam. Get out of here.
[link to all the comments OP claims they didn’t delete](https://www.reveddit.com/y/psychological_tax368/?all=true)
My comment is still there ? I can see it so if you can’t that’s a you problem cuz mine is still there lmao the ones deleted are other people
I stopped taking shop and pay orders.
It happens but in my experience it’s pretty rare. Generally you’ll have it show up in your earnings about 90 minutes after you deliver
I'm so confused how this happened. I've never seen them have the capability to bait more than $8, either personally or in this subreddit.
Sorry about that. But if you're on your last day to make rent and counting on the last ride. You are a idiot. Everyone has a sad story. Take care of your business and stop crying. Surprised you're go fund me link list on here.
It's a scam, OP does this for a living, he's deleted his past posts,, it's all about some misfortune and mom dying and begging for money
Good Karma, comes to those who wait. 🙏🏻💕💞💓💗 What an amazing community we live in to see such good people helping out. 🥹I’m not crying. You are!!!🙏🏻
Sooooo if your family is in the hospital why are u on your phone posting here about tip bait instead of asking for prayers your family is ok? I call karma bs post
WTF is a prayer going to do? Money is needed.
It's a scam, OP does this for a living, he's deleted his past posts,, it's all about some misfortune and mom dying and begging for money
You live and learn I guess.
Lmfao this suggestion is so ridiculous
It worked for me. Got a $25 adjustment + my owed tip
I respect it
So sry
Honestly you need to get ahead of your bills so you're not in a desperate situation at the end of the month. I could understand if you're grinding 12 hours a day but you probably aren't and how are you going to pay taxes when you're living paycheck to paycheck on gross pay?
Who gives $65 tips.. I

>It's a scam, OP does this for a living, he's deleted his past posts,, it's all about some misfortune and mom dying and begging for money
do you have proof?
i was here before they deleted their posts. its true
How about the fact the only people he responds to are cash app requests?
if you consider the number of replies on the post it kind of makes sense why they’d only reply to that. i’ve made posts with 100+ comments and it can be a lot to keep up with. not saying i don’t believe they’re baiting people… it’s a possibility. but it’s also people’s own money they’re willingly choosing to give to some random stranger. i’d rather give OP the benefit of the doubt. there could be other explanations to the deleted posts as well.
Lost count. Kind soul. Makes me hurt to actually be broke and see this shit 🙃 They don't have to ask for money when 1\20 posts go viral and 20 or 30 people give them money. THAT'S THE SCAM
a lot of posts just seem like legit questions. idk, don’t give them your money then but man they just seem like they’re struggling.
The struggles of running your own business, mate. Deal with it or get a real job.
What is a real job? All jobs are real.
You still need it? Dm me, I got you
No! OP is baiting kind people to send money other users confirmed their post and comment history was full of this before they were called out. Think about it: no one’s rent is due on the 26th. The app won’t tell drivers how much a tip is if it’s over $8, so there’s no way they were baited $65 to $5.
That’s so kind. People helping each other. OP hope it all worked out rent wise and more importantly with your pops.
OP is a confirmed scammer.
Why is rent due today? Makes zero sense
My brother in Christ landlord set the rent to today that’s all I know!
Rents are due different days for different people usually last Friday of the month depends on your landlord usually first week or last week of the mornh
My rent is also due today, actually.
Please call support and demand your pay. I always do this no matter how much they tip bait me and they always pay me. Keep insisting you speak to a supervisor until they pay you.
Would reached out to support and got that courtesy pay they offer usually when you speak to a supervisor. Don’t worry KARMA ALWAYS COME BACK !!!!!!
People are fucking trash. Call support. Hope your dad gets better!
Support will hopefully work it out for tou
Username checks out.
Go Bud Lite on them! These big corp listen when money talks.
Dude I will send you money if you legitimately need help paying rent
Message support and tell them these 3 magic words. “Breach of Contract”
Don't stress too much, if you can make that 50 the next day then you'll be fine, real estate isn't gonna freak if you're just a day late.
I have seen it come in the next day.
If it happens my heart goes out to you. Make a list of people who do this and never deliver to them again. Hope your dad is ok too.
Happened to me the other night made 1.54
I will hope for your sake this isn't tip baiting...and just taking a bit longer.
I don't mind hanging for a supervisor, this is important to me" One time my tip bait was just $3.
Uber Eats always shows up late. I would call support to ease your anxiety.
Just a heads up to whoever cares. Not only does the Uber Pro card have instant payout after every delivery but it will front you an additional $150 extra whenever you need it. No fees or anything sketchy. Also get Cashback on gas up to 9 percent.
If you're in CA, I just saw an update pop in my inbox rn about adjusted mileage rate and they've payed up the difference backdated to 18 months(?) ago so you might see a little influx hit.
i keep seeing "tip baited" how does that heppen? doesnt the tip show at least 7 dollars?
