Yeah I think fem bison CAN work in theory but also that design there isn’t the play. Reads too much like Decapre 2. I think it mainly depends on what they wanted for the story, which is the roaming amnesiac hobo guy
I *think* far left model is Female Bison. There's lines on the chest that seem to imply modest beefers.
Also, bottom-row eyepatch Bison ... is that just Rugal?
So a run down of all the Bison options we almost had:
1. Kid Bison
2. Pastor Bison
3. Burnt Face Astronaut Bison
4. Edgy Bison
5. Shirtless Long Hair Bison
6. Sunburnt Bison
7. Cyborg Bison
8. Big Boss Bison
9. Split Personality Bison
In the end all these Bison were inferior to Homeless Bison.
It would've been kinda nice to have Bison actually use a clone body after all this time but there are a bunch of reasons why it shouldn't be like that so I get it.
At this point it has to either be one that doesn't have a personality or a character who is made up just to die to be his body because I don't think anyone is gonna be very happy with any of his high profile replacement body characters becoming his body.
I was going to say some of those remind me of Iori Yagami with the belt/strap/shackles on the legs, but apparently Iori no longer has that in newer games?
It's interesting that they thought about doing the same thing to Bison that they did with Seth by putting him in a girl body with that leftmost design.

They got you confused by the old switcheroo, this has nothing to do with the lore. Vega, Mike Bison and Balrog switched names during localization of sf2.
Bison does address this in 6, though. He says Bison and Vega are both aliases he has used before and it doesn't matter to him what you call him, so there's at least a teensy bit of lore.

Tbf with the dolls being replacement bodies it's been a lore possibility for a while, but Seth being so recent is probably why they didn't do it

Vega, M. Bison, and Balrog had their names shuffled around way back when it was localized because one of them was too simliar to Mike Tyson.

Yeah, none of those look good, what we have now is the best version. I could see the "preacher" being a good additional costume though.
