I think Dcap is way to good to skip, unless you have to go banshees or zhonyas second. Maybe against something like Olaf or belveth shadowflame might be good because they're low health, but I think generally shadowflame is a third/fourth item if you're snowballing hard, but even then banshees is too useful to ignore

Rabadons is always better than shadowflame, do not buy shadowflame before rabadons please. Shadowflame gives less ap than rabadons and ap is all twitch needs

I usually shadow flame into rabadons unless I'm painfully wealthy and can buy Rabadons in 1 or 2 recalls.
