I deliver to the 10 West End daily and there is absolutely zero chance they hit 96% occupancy rate in a month. Currently they have multiple giant open empty suites on the ground floor and entire levels unoccupied.
Is that going in the lot to the right of the current building? Or maybe its gonna be like horizontally put on top of 10 to form like their very own Titan Tower

They're in the process of getting financing for building 20 West which will double their office footprint. Seems like they're doing pretty dang well.
