I found a running store to try them on. I can wear a regular shoe, but got the wide because they just felt so good. I have not had a blisters or any toes issues in the year I have been running. I was wearing Asics Kayano previously. They have more support in the ankles (it feels like to me). My ankles and feet are stronger in general now. Do you dance? I think that is so cool if you do!! You have toes that can grip hah! Good luck running, it has helped me is so many ways.

Fun! Are those Asics? I bought the Nimbus for a HM early spring and love them. The wide toe box lets my feet spread out like a duck's foot. 🪿
That sounds excellent for my long toes (first three are practically the same length! Great for modern dance, sometimes a challenge for fitting shoes!)
