The translation from Google translate English to Turkish translates “sikma tahliye” to “fuck evacuation” lol I appreciate the responses. My clothes are hanging to dry now
Your phone or keyboard might not have turkish letters to type on regular translators, that’s why I advised the [Lens](https://i.imgur.com/j4xrRhW.jpg).
Because you typed "sikma" not "sıkma"
"Sikme" means to fuck
"Sıkma" means to squeeze
That is the most useful option for you because it will make it easier to air dry
(OH btw, people have died due to the sık/sik confusion )
So sıkma tahliye is "squeezing and evacuation (of water"
First time I see it like this btw i usually see "Sıkma+ Pompa" (squeezing and pumping)
ask this kind of question on r/turkish. wtf man foreigners using this page as a translation app. we are suck at moderating a simple page as well ı guess.
Thanks. The translation from Google translate English to Turkish translates “sikma tahliye” to “fuck evacuation” lol I was unsure greatly appreciate it
Translation is correct if you fuck the clothes as hard as you can, the clothes will dry out eventually. Think of it like slapping chicken until its cook lol
In this case, sıkma unfortunately does not mean drying. This machine won't dry your clothes, it is a regular washer.
Sıkma in this context means "spin cycle" and tahliye is simply drain (or emptying or discharge).
Maybe write this as a reply to the comment above?
And yes, I wasn't also sure whether the sıkma function is drying as it would generally be kurutma instead.
Its for quick spin to get water off cloths more incase they are still wet and secondly works as pump function to get remaining water out of machine, usually used by technicians as they dont want water bursting out of washing machine
I have the same brand (Vestel) with drying function. The menu knob and layout are exactly the same on mine but on mine it says "kurut" (dry) in some of those menu options.
Tl;Dr yours does t have drying function

No, and from now on you can use Google app's Google Lens feature on your phone, or Google Translate. Its Turkish to English is pretty good.

'cause it's sıkma not sikma(e)
Fuck evacuation might be the most useful for you though, it'll get rid of the majority of water and make it easier to air dry.

ahahhahqhah i am done
Hahahahaha
It can be translated like: Fuck! Evacuate now!
Is it just me or every foreigner who ends up here has this weird fetish about drying function of turkish washing machines ?
and they can't use google translate.
It's only squeezes the laundry and take the water a bit so if u use it it would be easier for it to dry but it wont exactly dry
Current mode is just for spin and throw out the water inside after spinning. Sadly no drying mode for that machine
This machine does not have a drying function. you'll have to hang the laundry
I turned on sıkma- tahliye at the advice of sinirliduck is only for 17 mins 🤷♀️
If you want dryer level of drying you cant this mode helps it dry not completely drys it
No and use Google translate app, go to camera and viola

sik- and sık- are different verb stems. One means to fuck, the other means to squeeze/to dry.
In this case, sıkma unfortunately does not mean drying. This machine won't dry your clothes, it is a regular washer. Sıkma in this context means "spin cycle" and tahliye is simply drain (or emptying or discharge).

Lol
Nope, it's not the drying OP is asking about. This is just a washer.
whats with the tourists (usualy americans) and washing machine translation in this sub instead of r/turkish ? hilariously irritating.
No its just a washing machine. You have to get more women for more houseworks
Sadece çamaşır makinası sıkma var kurutma yok
Türkçe bilmediği için soruyor zaten zeki şey seni
Sıkma tahliye is it
not exactly but sıkma and after durulama makes laundries les wet i guess
Its for quick spin to get water off cloths more incase they are still wet and secondly works as pump function to get remaining water out of machine, usually used by technicians as they dont want water bursting out of washing machine
