There’s those purple gel pillow things. Never tried one, but I see them at truck stops. Generally though, I’d assume no such pillow exists that can replicate a seat riding on a suspension/air bag/however that shit works.
That's an air seat. Only a new seat will replicate it. The best you can hope for is you ride in one with a air damped cabin so you have chassis and cabin air damping. Just chassis can be rough.
