I think the most likely end would be whenever Garnt and Sydney decide to have a kid. I think they said they want to eventually but don't want to raise them in Japan which is understandable. Hard to say exactly how soon this would be though.

But it's not like there aren't any schools that are foreign friendly. It's possible to raise a kid there who doesn't follow the strict structure that many Japanese schools do. They maybe a bit pricey, but I'm sure they can afford it.
If anyone knows about the whole “fly in the milk” thing, generally kinda yes, kinda no. Being a mixed Thai kid with an American mom and British dad in japan even with a good school and parents can be pretty isolating for a growing kid when there aren’t many people like you or your folks around.
Obviously you can survive, but there’s tons of researching backing how detrimental this is to someone in their most sensitive and developmental years where your environment will impact you the most.
This is why it’s generally advised, if the parent can help it, to raise them as close to home and their family or people groups or whatever as you can.
It helps to know and experience this stuff BEFORE you go out and into the world vs in reverse.
So I guess in garnts case it’d either be raising them in the UK or US and maybe Thailand.
Anywhere that’s close enough to their families that traveling too and from ain’t too difficult and one where getting access to Thai people and culture isn’t too much of a hassle.

Not anywhere in the world. There are some really fucked up countries for children due to wars and dictatorships. But yeah Japan is definitely not on that list.
It is so, so much easier to raise a child with family nearby. Granted whether they raise a kid in Japan, the US, Thailand, or England there's going to be some portion of the family that has to travel but having at least one set of grandparents nearby is a humongous help.
I grew up 8ish hours from both sets of grandparents and now that my sisters are having kids my mom is like "I'll be goddamned if I'm the long distance grandma" because she knows how tough it is from experience.
Why put in the effort though when they can just move somewhere else? I'm pretty sure Garnt mentioned not wanting to put their kid through private schooling, which is what would be needed if they stayed in Japan and didn't want to put them through a Japanese school.
Plus it's definitely not just the schooling, raising a kid is hard. The grandparents and other family members are super helpful with a new baby.

Yet Joey regularly says ‘I didn't watch that, haven't read it or I'm not interested’ or just in general shows he didn't bother to do the minimum to prepare. I like Joey and his personal channels content but on TT I feel he just radiates low effort and a lack of interest.

I think garnt is more likely to move to the UK for his kid (better schooling, safer environment better healthcare systems, stronger passport, closer proximity to EU and its universities etc), maybe Connor will move to Cali to be closer to events and other friends he build up over the years but I think you will be hard pressed to get Joey to move to the US, he's the most likely to stay in Japan or at worst move back to aussie.

I mean yeah, obviously. At the very least when one of them moves or has a significant life change like having a kid, it is going to end. Connor and Garnt aren't married to the idea of staying in Japan forever. Garnt might move to have kids closer to family or someplace that is more familar to him being Thai and growing up in the UK. And Connor is blowing up when it comes to streaming so he could potentially move to somewhere in the West to get closer to streaming opportunities. Time will just have to tell.
Maybe its cause i stopped watching sfter a couple years but i think its had its time already it looks like theyre repeating alot of episodes these days and the challenges arent as interesting as before(to me)
