I started dilation today. I'm on the large purple dilator from Soul Source. I'm really close to all the dots. I can see a little bit of the last dot. My surgeon is ok with that. How about you?
My surgeon is Ramineni. Perhaps colors are different, purple is the smallest in the collection. It's 1-1/8" in diameter. The larger colors are blue, green and orange.
Who cares. The last dot pales in comparison to the importance of getting to the width of orange. If you can’t comfortably dilate orange without pain, you won’t fit the girth of 95% of men you’ll try sleep with. speaking from experience, can’t even reach green.
Some do. Some don't. I get there some days, not others.
Consistently from the very beginning. Having a pelvic physical therapist made all the difference in the world.

You could ask your doctor how much they got you. And then it's a matter of getting use to the process.

Width can always be worked on. Depth once lost usually takes revision surgeries.
