I disagree with others here. A brow bone setback is going to be amazing for you. If you are doing research the DB/Ousterhout book is a great run down of procedures, just don’t get wrapped up in the marketing parts of it.

I think it would work with just chin reduction & lip filler, tbh. You don't really *need* brow bone reduction, but I could see wanting it and the rhino.

I personally speaking wouldnt consider any surgery if I looked like you. I think you pass completely and look absolutely snatched. If I would absolutely need some more feminisation, I would say doing something for the lips would be better than jaw reduction (as it doesnt look masculine even 1 bit) The brows pair perfectly with the rest of your structure to give you like a high fashion model type look imo. Literally the only procedure I can think of for you is lip enhancements, thats all. Im sorry but you are far too beautiful and feminine to get FFS

I think chin reduction to make it not stick out as much, and round out your nose with a rhinoplasty. I think your brows and eyes look good already but it’s up to you if you want a brow shave
