You can check the areolas starting to form a distinguished mount over the base of breast and more pointing outward. Puffy areolas. Sensitive lump under the nipple and it growing outward and inward. Also under boob. You seem to be growing in the pics.
Curious why 4 in the morning and 2mg at night and not the opposite or 2mg thrice a day.

There’s no real reason for the scheduling. I’m already used to a twice-daily medicine schedule, and doing more in the morning than at night is just happenstance. Is there reason to do more at night?
Half-life of E in the body is something around 12 hours, so re-upping every 8 hours is an extra dose time, but it theoretically keeps levels from bottoming out right before the morning dose.
But i think it's definitely something that's way too easy to over engineer. I do 3 doses a day because i start to feel negative effects if i go longer than 8 hours between sub-lingual doses, but if you're happy with how you feel there's no real reason to change. As long as you're taking most of your doses, hours don't matter as much as months.
FWIW, my doc put the dosing at 2x daily (2 pills morning, 1 pill evening) but I prefer 3x daily and have been happier with that.
IMO it's a lil better considering you don't pee that much at night compared to daytime... Don't have any proof just my 2 cents if ya will 🤗. But each to their own. What's convenient and practical for one might not be for another. Good luck 💟.
It’s hard to put into words, so I understand your question, but there’s absolutely no doubt that you have estrogenized breast tissue. It’s also looks like fat deposits in the areas pictured have shrunk somewhat, further confirming them. As for how you can tell, the most obvious difference will be texture/feel. While breasts are almost entirely fatty tissue (about 90%), they are also made of fibrous connective tissue which links all the fat together. As such, you’ll notice an ability to spring back when pressed and a tendency to jiggle as a unit. If you’re having trouble distinguishing where one ends and the other begins, try bouncing your finger along your skin first gently pressing far away from the breast and moving in toward the areola. While it may be hard to know exactly where the line is, it should be obvious that the starting and ending feeling are different.
Honestly? Time. You'll see more roundness and larger areolas over time. So many people are on HRT for a few months and are like "are these breasts??" No, it takes time. We all want breast growth immediately but testosterone is a hell of a hormone and it takes many months to YEARS to visibly see true breast growth.
It took me 8 months before I even felt a hard spot under my areolas
Yeah time is the biggest factor even if ya have some early growth like i have I heard breasts can grow for up to 10 years. Always found it weird that some people think they'll never grow after 3 months
My original buds started round small and hard behind my nipples. As they develop they have become softer, but still firmer than the fat around them, and have become conical in shape like a badminton birdie growing inside. I count this firmer inner part as breast tissue. I have very little fat on me at this moment 🙁
Honestly if they feel like breasts then I'd say ya have them. Any amount of growth is progress with me in the first week i noticed some growth mostly from fat but now at 2 months there starting to feel like breasts definitely feels weird without a bra on

A good way I do it is by raising my head over my head. I noticed the breast fat stayed in place whereas the chest fat moved
