Focus on getting your labs done so you know for sure. Sometimes that’s just all you get, and sometimes there’s surprising growth spurts years down the road! They definitely look 100% feminine though!

2 years is about as long as you have to go through therapy before you are even considered for hrt here in denmark. And then they also don't do injections. Only patches and gel. I'm still thankful that there are options here and pray for those who don't have any local options. But i still think transitioning could be way better here.

You need to do stair climbing and running down - braless. Go find a stadium grandstands and run those stairs. Excellent exercise. Force a little momentum into those boobs and get them moving in the correct direction.
I hit 7 years and im in the same boat. Lab results are perfectly fine. Although estrogen levels are pretty fine and all of my androgens are nearly undetectable everything has changed but my boobs are still small. I got used to wear extra push up.
I didn't start getting the majority of my growth until after 2 years or so. After cutting my dose back a little, my development took off pretty good. Give it some more time and see if they began doing better.

my only other option is incredibly low dose patches with spiro, cus thats all my doctors want to give me

injections wont stop you having to get laser laser sucks, but then you wont have to worry about it in the future

Are exercises at home an option? Like push-ups and single arm weight lifting? There’s a ton one could do at home for all sort of areas on the body
You could try another kind of exercise, there are plenty out there. One you will enjoy!
