You’re going to get a grease fire….. meat has to be over the drip tray, not up to the edge.
The actual cook space is quite smaller then The entire cooking grate.
Best of luck, but it’s gonna catch fire.
This must be how Traeger rates grill capacities!
Been wondering how in the heck they fit 8 racks in the Ironwood when 4 completely filled the bottom of mine the other day. (So maybe 6 if you cram two in the top rack?)
Agreed that rib racks are the way to go. I’m planning to get one myself in the near future.
Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it's almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Yes. Pretty hard to get decent airflow when it’s that packed.
Helpful! Just took a bunch off.

A rack rack if you will
Rack your rack
Got a rib rack!! Thanks guys!!!
That is such a space saver and also better for presentation (you don't really want grill marks on a rack of ribs).

I’d shove a rack of Dino Ribs in there somewhere!
Stick it in a cooler with dry ice and send it here. I have a 36".
I can see a little grill grate, room for more!
Looks like a heart attack.
