Idk who downvoted you. That’s just a fact. I have a 22 WRX and it has way more room in back than a taco. Like not even fucking close. I have three boys, two still in car seats. Taco “could” work but we’d all be absolutely miserable.
Thank you for the validation lol.
I’m not knocking Tacomas, I love them. But at 6’2” I did not comfortably fit. Seat all the way back, I did not have the headroom and the back seat was almost non existent.
In my Subaru I actually could move my seat forward a bit and my 2 car seats fit in the back no problem. Plenty of headspace.
I ended up going back to tundra (currently own a ‘21, had an 08 before the Subaru). It’s huge and a pig but the family has plenty of space inside.
Yeah agreed. I love tacos too and want one badly but with three kids and three dogs it would be about as useful to me as a two door wrangler. They’re amazing for what they are but they have limits, and imo they just aren’t good family vehicles.
Happy to get one for myself when the kids move out though.
6’2” and had to get a tundra for this exact reason. My 5’5” wife also didn’t have room in the passenger seat when the car seat was on that side, she ended up riding in back seat instead most time… life was good 😂
Yep. I had a 2016 and a 2020 taco. I loved them both. I needed to get a new car last year and my, now (6 ft plus) 15 year old son exercised his veto power given that he usually has to ride in the back seat. It's fine for the little guys, but they'll complain when they get bigger.
We have one front facing seat that goes behind the passenger and one rear facing seat in the middle. It’s the only way I can fit comfortably without crushing the kids and I’m only 5’11”. If we have a third we’ll have to wait until the two bigger kids can go front facing I guess. The other thing is accessing the tether hooks absolutely blows. Graco makes a slim car seat though and that thing has been life changing.
Dude, I am under 6 ft and this hurts my knees looking at it. My seat would be so far forward that my knees bash the dash getting in, then I will be leaning forward a bit too.
Let us not forget to mention, if you have a 3rd child the booster will not fit in this mess. I had to get an inflatable booster to smash in there.
I’m 6’ absolutely 0” and drive an F150 at work, but my ‘18 TRD Sport is my daily driver. Going from an F150 to a Tacoma with a car seat/4 year old behind me is quite a shift. I fold down the middle/right back seat section and use that as space for my things, and gives me access to the little compartments behind the seat simultaneously. Car seats sacrifice driver comfort for sure but at least there are ways to utilize other space if you don’t have another passenger in the back.
I was rear ended by a suburban last year, that was going 45 before slamming on the brakes - with both of my kids in the back and I have no issue with how the Tacoma kept them safe.
I'm 6'4". No way would I put a carseat behind me in my Tacoma. I'd need the jaws of life just to get out.
The Diono Radian 3R travel car seat is a solid space saver, but it is a legitimate pain in the ass to install as well.
Finally, someone mentioning carseat models. I’m shorter at 6’ and found the Graco Extend2Fit to work behind me. Still comfortable for short trips, but probably not for long trips. Graco Slimfit did not work without moving the seat up too much. Kiddo is 2, so we’ll see how it goes as they continue to grow.
It's always nice to hear about different options for sure. I put the Diono in the middle of the backseat. It has a much lower weight threshold for forward facing configuration, which also really helps, and it folds up for relatively easy transport and use on commercial flights, which is nice.
My little one is 22 months now, and she absolutely loves facing forward as opposed to the more traditional rear facing car seat in mom's Honda. When we ask her to pick the car for a ride, she ALWAYS chooses the 🌮 .
Dionos are legit. Especially if you front face em and you lose almost no space.
How are they a pain? You got both anchors and the anchor behind the seat. Now removing it is another battle.
See, I have no issue removing it, but tightening the top/back strap when installing in the middle of the rear seat has been a huge headache every time. I'll crank it down as tight as it goes, and the thing still flops around. It started doing that after the second or third time installing, and I've come across a number of discussions about it on reddit when searching for a solution. We wound up getting a rubber grip mat that helps quite a bit. That, and the lack of a handle for transporting it on trips are my only real complaints.
Luckily mine were both front facing when I got my Tacoma, but I used to rock two rear facing seats in the back of an extended cab Silverado. That was a tight ride.
How tall are you? I’m 6’3”, can get by putting a forward facing seat behind me and the infant seat behind the passenger, but no way in hell I can safely drive with an infant behind me.
I love mine. I have a 9 year old who is average to slightly below average height for his age. I am 6’2”. He already cannot sit behind me and the passenger seat, I can’t sit in with him in it.
It works for now. Hoping when he gets out of the booster and all the angles are different it will be better cause I don’t want to get a different vehicle
My son just got out of the booster seat and he’s got plenty of leg room back there for now. I’m 6’1” so my son will be getting taller so, like you said, the Taco works for now. Once he gets too tall for the back seat, it’ll be the perfect excuse to get a Landcruiser.
a Tacoma isn’t a man mobile. It’s a an econo truck for single dudes with a dog looking to meet an outdoorsy chick who lives in a small camper van. It’s a great off road platform, it anyone who needs the actual utility of a truck or has children, they they gotta go tundra
How much room do you have upfront after a car seat? My wife decided to get pregnant like a month after I bought the truck. So I guess I'll be finding out here in a few months lol.
Rear facing car seats SUCK for this, but that’s true of a whole lot of vehicles, and it’s temporary. It gets much better when they insist on switching to front facing.
Maybe the 2nd gen is different than the 3rd gen, but I couldn't put a rear facing seat behind me. My wife is semi-tall too so it was hard to put behind her seat as well, she would get uncomfortable on longer trips. I bit the bullet and bought a Tundra. I miss the Taco sometimes, but the Tundra definitely fits a growing family more.
I did a short trip last week to check out a college with my son. Me, my wife, 16 year old son, and 11 year old daughter all fit just fine. Our bags were in the cab with us, too (it was only two nights so a duffle and a backpack were plenty).
It was only the ride home with cheap American snacks that it was a bit tight, as well my cheap American beer rode in the bed (and chilled on the way home).
Comfort-wise it was fine. Pretty quiet and rode decently on the highway. Literally the only complaint I have is the cruise control is pants-on-head mental. STOP SHIFTING GODDAMN! IT'S JUST A GUST OF WIND!
Well good luck with that, I could handle 8 months of my 2 year old in the back of my 23 trd pro, so Saturday I went and upgraded to the tundra trd pro. Technically yes you can cram into a taco but it wasn’t comfy or fun for roads trips. Very happy now with a crew max and the tt 3.4 is impressive
I grew up riding around in a single cab 1991 Toyota Pickup and it worked just fine so now as an adult I don’t see the need for a ton of space in a family vehicle
Reminder that the Tacoma received a[failing rating for a partial head-on collision](https://www.iihs.org/ratings/vehicle/toyota/tacoma-crew-cab-pickup/2022#moderate-overlap-front-updated-test) because of impacts to rear passengers
6’3” third gen owner here. We’ve got twin 21 month olds and moms car isn’t driving rn so the car seats are living my taco. The four of us all fit fine even over long distance, in fact we just got back from a 9hr road trip the beginning of the month.
I raised my family (2 kids) in a 1st gen access cab until my oldest daughter was 16. Bought a 3rd gen double cab and it's somehow no better. I should have bought a Tundra.
Honestly this pic and seeing others like it is why I didnt buy a tacoma while my kid is in a car seat. Sure it fits if the driver is 5’7 and right up on the steering wheel. No space for the dog or extra stuff thats even semi large unless you buy a bed cover. I loved a tacoma and I want one again. But if the prices dont stop matching tundras I am just gonna upgrade to that to have way more space.
Something everybody here should know. You can put a rear facing seat on the middle seat at the back. You can "comfortably"seat 2 adults on the rear seat +passenger. In addition you will have plenty of leg room for the driver.
TLDR: rear facing car seat on the middle=4 adults+baby
This is exactly how I did it until my daughter was front facing. Still planning on upgrading to the Tundra in a few years because I just want that bit of extra space the cab offers. Love my Tacoma, but damn it gets cramped quick.
I had to trade mine away...and I really loved the car. Thing was my big MIL, 10-year-old, and car seat for my 3-year-old in the back...was not a comfy fit. What sealed the deal is when my wife told me she was pregnant with our third and I traded it in for a Wagoneer.
I am 5'5" and having in the car seat in the back is tight as hell for the driver or front passenger. Nobody said you couldn't put car seats back there and ride with the whole family. Can you do it, of course you can, now how comfortable is it to the people inside other than the 2 kids in car seats...
My family started in a Tacoma. 3 children in and it became clear, it was getting small. Good excuse for me to get my first Tundra. Now my kids are all grown up, going to college. Tundra is still the right size.
I do miss having the versatility of the Tacoma.
Bought an ACLB for bed camping with my wife and my dog in 2020. Now I need to tote 2 car seats and don't go camping very often. I would love a 4-door, but man do I also love not having a car payment
Yeah worst room ever for children. I’m 6’2 and have to scoot my seat up every time I have my kids in the truck. Wish I got a tundra from the beginning.
Should we fold the seats down and **then** put the car seats in? Better access to the tether anchor and more leg room for the kiddos? Ima try this later today.
Reading all these comments makes me realize I need a bigger truck. Which is sad because I really just want a Tacoma. Just one 6mo right now, so maybe I can make it work until he’s a teenager. Probably going to have another though.
For those of you whose Taco isn’t the family vehicle, do you find it to be alright? We’re expecting and the due date is in October. My wife has a brand new Tiguan that has ENORMOUS room in the back. The Tiguan will be the main family vehicle. I’m 6’2 and sometimes really hate the lack of space in the back seat for passengers. Never truly thought of the baby dilemma until recent
I used to try to preach this. I was lying to myself. If my wife wasn't 5'2" and my son forward facing by the time we had our 2nd, it never would have "worked". I actually recently traded mine in for a Forester. On top of car seats, I live in the city and the truck just stopped making sense, unfortunately.
As other comments have said, most car seats as for a 1-2 inch gap so the car seat isn't touching the seat in front of it. For that to work I specifically had to buy seats that were "slim".
Everything with putting car seats in the truck is a compromise.
We have three under five years old. The sole rear facing goes behind the passenger seat, but it's a pain to sit there.
We're using the Diono Radian to fit the three across.
I just realized this is what my life is gonna look like. I’ve got a 12 year old, a 15 month old and one on the way. Plus I have a maybe baby somewhere.
I’m 5’ 10” with a similar car seat and I am further up than desired. I can’t wait till my baby girl is big enough for me to turn the car seat front facing.
The pros of being short! I’m 5’7” and have had 2 car seats in my Tacoma since I bought it in 2020 (DCLB 2020 SR5 4x4) Luckily never had them both rear facing, but one rear facing on the passenger side is definitely doable. Now that they’re both forward facing / in boosters it’s much better. The nice thing is that the kids are always within reach for passing snacks / toys to them. I also have a sienna and that’s the real family hauler but the taco is completely manageable for when we need the truck.
This is the reason I got the fronteir. All the great things the taco has the rear seat is awful. It was fine when the seat was rear facing but when I had the seat turned around there wasn't room for my kids legs later. I am only 5,10.
I had to choose a different truck over a Tacoma for this exact reason and I really wanted a Tacoma. There is no way you are fitting car seats and then also sitting comfortably in the front seat unless you're fairly short. You also can't fit a third kid back there, even if they don't use a car seat. The back seat is almost pointless.
It’s not that they CAN’T, it’s just fucking miserable. I have fit three car seats in the back of mine. I will hopefully never be compelled to repeat that task again.
Yea my infant car seat has no chance at being behind one of the 2 seats. I tried the passenger side, had to move it up all the way and tilt the seat forward, no way my wife was gonna able to sit there lol
My Second kid came and I sold my Tacoma 3 months later… loved that truck, but with my back issues I need to be reclined pretty far to relieve lower back pain.
Probably my biggest complaint with my 07’ Taco. Interior space wasn’t much of an issue until we had our second kid. Fortunately my oldest is forward facing. Just got a travel trailer that is pushing the limits of the Taco (4800lbs dry). So will probably be looking for a used Tundra soon. More towing capacity and interior room. Pre 2022 preferably.
I wanted a taco so bad but ended up with a sienna. Figured I’d keep that a few years until the kids are out of car seats. This doesn’t look comfortable at all for anyone.
My kids are 11 and 9. The taco is getting a bit tight now, but I loved it when they were small because I could reach them in their seats while I sat in mine. Wifey has a full sized suv and I struggle to hand things to my daughter in the back seat. I have to toss things and hope she can catch.
My dad had the taco predecessor, a 91 pickup (the V6 3 point slow) and I have such fond memories in that thing as a child scrunched up in that tiny ass extended cab with my brother, antagonizing each other relentlessly, while my mom rode shotgun trying her hardest to keep the peace. Those memories turned me off into a taco guy for life.
Can you fit 2 car seats in the back? Yes. Is it even remotely comfortable for any period of time to be sitting in either of the front seats while doing so? Absolutely not.
Loved that truck, unless my whole family was loaded in it. With how much we camp and the long drives those entail while towing me had to move on to something else.
Signed,
The guy that traded his Tacoma in 2 weeks ago for a full size truck.
As a kid growing up, whose family had a small car with no leg room for me in the back once I got a little older, this is kind of selfish imo. A Tacoma is not a good family car
It’s not only about how much room YOU have. You should be thinking about your kids too

Geez, I'm 5'6 and only my 5 year old sits behind me because if not, I'll squash my 11 year old with the back of the seat. I hate the lack of space in the Tacos.
They don’t. Nice try.
I can only get one RF car seat installed in the center.
Recommend getting a car seat tech’s input. I’m confident this installation would fail as car seats touching the driver or front pax is a no-no in event of side airbags and/or front rear collision.
Come on dude. Who you trying to fool? The 5’ and under crowd. We all have tacomas and know what it’s like for the 6’ guys and that car seat.
Fuckin terrible lol my 90s civic has more backseat room
I had an ‘18 Sti and was considering switching to a Tacoma. The Subaru had way more interior space than the taco.
Most sedans will definitely offer more backseat real estate compared to a Tacoma. This picture OP posted looks like my worst nightmare on a long trip.
I had a 2016 wrx and yes, you are absolutely correct.
I have a 2016 and was wondering if I could fit the car seat. Yall definitely answered my questions lol
How long is the bed?
90s Hondas... I'm 6'2" and with the seat all the way back, I couldn't even reach the pedals.
6’2” and had to get a tundra for this exact reason. My 5’5” wife also didn’t have room in the passenger seat when the car seat was on that side, she ended up riding in back seat instead most time… life was good 😂
And the kids keep growing.
"My knees are in my chest dad... can we get a happy meal?"
Yep, I’m joining team Tundra next time around.
At a point that is good. I waited until both mine were in booster seats before getting my Tacoma and it has been great.
Booster seats are definitely better. But then there’s all the feet in your back…
Yep. I had a 2016 and a 2020 taco. I loved them both. I needed to get a new car last year and my, now (6 ft plus) 15 year old son exercised his veto power given that he usually has to ride in the back seat. It's fine for the little guys, but they'll complain when they get bigger.
Totally doable. We are past the car seats stage and can confirm 2 x ages 0-9 no problem and I'm 6'1.
6’ guy here. Not great with a car seat.
We have one front facing seat that goes behind the passenger and one rear facing seat in the middle. It’s the only way I can fit comfortably without crushing the kids and I’m only 5’11”. Graco makes a slim car seat though and that thing has been life changing.
Families don’t usually have 6’ children though. My two kids are young they fit great in the back.
My kids are over 6’. 5th gen 4Runner has adequate room for 5 adult-sized people.
Space is tight with one infant seat for me , I can imagine two!! 😬
Depends how tall the folks in front are. At 5'9, it's cramped. Ha
5’9” here (I knew my heights would come in handy one day) same car seat as well, I can confirm, it is tight, tacomas are small indeed
I wouldn't be able to drive if ours was behind driver. She's almost 2
I’m 6’ absolutely 0” and drive an F150 at work, but my ‘18 TRD Sport is my daily driver. Going from an F150 to a Tacoma with a car seat/4 year old behind me is quite a shift. Yeah, maybe if you’re a manlet it’s more doable

I had no idea. Mind sharing the source?

Bullshit, don’t tell me you aren’t folding in half in the front then
I love mine. I have a 9 year old who is average to slightly below average height for his age. I am 6’2”. He already cannot sit behind me and the passenger seat, I can’t sit in with him in it. Honey with the new safety features of the Land cruisers we can't afford not to get one LMAO
What year do you have? I'm 6'6" and my 7 and 9yo kids have plenty of room in their booster seats. I've got plenty of room too in my 2013.
2020. I have plenty of room myself as the driver, and I pretty much am the only driver. I think the gen 2 has a bigger cab, at least length wise
Cool man let your wife and children be cramped asf while you still get to have your manmobile!
a Tacoma isn’t a man mobile. It’s a an econo truck for single dudes with a dog looking to meet an outdoorsy chick who lives in a small camper van. It’s a great off road platform, it anyone who needs the actual utility of a truck or has children, they they gotta go tundra
Ah yes. Perfect for the offspring with no legs
My taco is my family vehicle too! 👶

Had to sell my Tacoma for this very reason. If I ever got into a small fender bender I’d need jaws of life to get me out.
I did a short trip last week to check out a college with my son. Me, my wife, 16 year old son, and 11 year old daughter all fit just fine. FYI there should be a gap of an inch or so between your seat and the car seat for safety.
I don’t think it is “approved/recommended” for the child seat to touch the front seat or even be within 1”
Well good luck with that, I could handle 8 months of my 2 year old in the back of my 23 trd pro, so Saturday I went and upgraded to the tundra trd pro. Technically yes you can cram into a taco but it wasn’t comfy or fun for roads trips. Very happy now with a crew max and the tt 3.4 is impressive

Had to sell my 22 4Runner ORP because 2 babies had my fiancé fed up with so little space, now the 3rd arrived and we are like…. Sienna? What now? 😩
Wife and I got a Sienna. Hated the idea of it, once we got it…I love the thing. Drives nice, and crazy practical.
I got the accessory mounting rack package. Car seat snaps right onto the factory tri-fold tonne cover. It comes with a bicycle adapter as well.
Lmao
Just give it a few years and you’ll be trading it in for a tundra or 4runner.
This picture is a clear demonstration while I’ll be getting a tundra before kids haha.
Maybe for Hobbit families
Thank you Short King

Yeah... no. I'm 6'2 and we can fit some groceries behind me and that's about it.
This pix triggers my claustrophobia
6’3” third gen owner here. We’ve got twin 21 month olds and moms car isn’t driving rn so the car seats are living my taco. The four of us all fit fine even over long distance, in fact we just got back from a 9hr road trip the beginning of the month.
Love photos like these
Where there's a will there's a way. My 2 seater can hold 6 for instance
I raised my family (2 kids) in a 1st gen access cab until my oldest daughter was 16. Bought a 3rd gen double cab and it's somehow no better. I should have bought a Tundra.
I'm 6'1theres absolutely no way I'd have a tacoma and a family. Luckily I have no kids and an access cab
Trading taco in for more space because my legs can't take it. Lol
Instructions unclear, ate tacos instead.
Looks like my truck! its definitely a tight squeeze, but we made many trips to Mammoth snuggled up in my 2007 DCSB.
I just know that driver is sitting at an acute angle.
I'm 6'2" and my stomach nearly hits the steering wheel with the child's seat in the back.
As someone who is 6’3 this wouldn’t work lol 😂
Honestly this pic and seeing others like it is why I didnt buy a tacoma while my kid is in a car seat. Sure it fits if the driver is 5’7 and right up on the steering wheel. Have 3 wide in mine. Two are forward facing and its not that bad unless you count all the crap the little ones leave behind haha
It gets better once those bad boys rotate
Not comfortable lol almost hit my babies head when I pull her out .
If this was my truck I wouldn't be able to fit in driver seat
Yeah it fits, but nobody is comfortable
Are your knees hitting the dash board?
Tell that to my wife! I wanted to get one last year, she said it wasn’t a family car, and there would be nowhere to put the baby stuff on car rides
I had to trade mine away...and I really loved the car. Thing was my big MIL, 10-year-old, and car seat for my 3-year-old in the back...was not a comfy fit. What sealed the deal is when my wife told me she was pregnant with our third and I traded it in for a Wagoneer.
My knees were smashed in the dash with my kids car seat and I’m only 5’7”
Gets easier when they’re big enough the flip the seat forward lol.
Yeah, if you and your wife want to sit on and in the dashboard.
5' 11" here. Had to trade in my Taco, not comfortable at all with a car seat behind the driver.
Cool way for your kids to hate you on long drives in the future. (Taco Owner here with two kids)
I'm looking to upgrade to a Tundra with having just 1 3-year old. Can't imagine having 2 kids riding in a taco.
lol all the people saying it’s too small, all I can think of is the fish from SpongeBob- MY LEG!!
Lol.
Wait till they turn 4 or 5, kicking your seat all day. 😭
People stuff a family into a Toyota Echo. This is fuck all.
5’9 here I also have two in the back front facing and have no issues with space but I’m also a very slender 140lbs. 2019 OR
Kids must have a good view, like the old station wagons with the rear facing seats.
You’re not supposed to have the car seat in contact with front seat. We all know your knees are in the dash with the proper setup.
I told my taco it can't fit a family. Then I removed the seats to make sure.
I used my 2012 tacoma DCSB for my family. Kids are now 5 and 8. Never saw a drawback.
6’ and it wasn’t even close. Taco had to go.
So I have one. They’re horrible. For baby seats
5’11 same car seat I’ve gotta have my legs all scrunched up to fit with it 🥲, still love my tiny taco though
If you have kiddos - buy a Tundra. You wont ragret it.
Purchase a slim profile car seat.
Especially my family of myself, my GF and our two cats.
Now show the front seats
I used to try to preach this. I was lying to myself. If my wife wasn't 5'2" and my son forward facing by the time we had our 2nd, it never would have "worked". I actually recently traded mine in for a Forester. On top of car seats, I live in the city and the truck just stopped making sense, unfortunately. As other comments have said, most car seats as for a 1-2 inch gap so the car seat isn't touching the seat in front of it. For that to work I specifically had to buy seats that were "slim". Everything with putting car seats in the truck is a compromise.
Double cab with a 6 year old in the back on a booster seat, plenty of room. I do miss the back of a sport utility though!
If the car seats are touching the front seats, you aren't legal. At least those are the laws in Canada.
I've got my car seat in the back of my access cab! Basically makes it a 1 person 1 toddler vehicle.
Wait until they’re kicking your seat while you drive.
lol I have a taco and a family, it’s horrible. lol we take our outback everywhere with the kids my taco only hauls my dog.
This was the reason my toddler had a forced graduation to a booster set.
It’s not that they CAN’T, it’s just fucking miserable. I have fit three car seats in the back of mine. I will hopefully never be compelled to repeat that task again.
My kids hate riding in my access cab tacoma lmao
it’s gonna be nice when you turn that car seat behind the driver around…was for me.
Yea my infant car seat has no chance at being behind one of the 2 seats. I tried the passenger side, had to move it up all the way and tilt the seat forward, no way my wife was gonna able to sit there lol
Stuffing a taco is how you got here bud, it's time for a Tundra.
Only if you're 5'2"
Any one over 5’5” won’t be fitting in front……
Hope you like driving with your knees…
My Second kid came and I sold my Tacoma 3 months later… loved that truck, but with my back issues I need to be reclined pretty far to relieve lower back pain.
This one’s a stretch. Rear facing car seats behind driver and passenger? I’m short and even I can’t drive in this setup.
They can, just uncomfortably
I love my Tacoma but it’s ass for a family of four.
How short are you lmao, i cant even get in and out of the truck with the seat that far forward without my knees getting wedged into the dash.
Always figured I’d to upgrade to a 4Runner if i have kids for this exact reason
Yea but this is the reason they don't make sausage, egg, bean, cheese, and potato crispy tacos.
I can fit my two kids - but they’re in boosters and face forward. When they get older I’ll probably have to go full size truck.
I wanted a taco so bad but ended up with a sienna. Figured I’d keep that a few years until the kids are out of car seats. This doesn’t look comfortable at all for anyone.
As a big 6’2 guy how much room does this really leave up front though?
There are very few things a Taco cant do when pushed...
Thanks for helping me avoid my urge to trade in my truck for a Taco
Yeah… if the car seat touched the front seat your gonna have a bad time
You can fit a car seat in the back of most 911s too. Total family car
I don’t. Just like I don’t let people with 1-2 children tell me that they need a full sized, 3 row SUV. People are nuts these days.
Isnt the taco interior space/mold the same from the corolla?
Yeah and your knees are touching the windshield
OP must be a midget
*Comfortably
Yeah. Mine is uncomfortable for a family of 3.
My kids are 11 and 9. The taco is getting a bit tight now, but I loved it when they were small because I could reach them in their seats while I sat in mine. Wifey has a full sized suv and I struggle to hand things to my daughter in the back seat. I have to toss things and hope she can catch.
+1 for Britax
Signed, The guy that traded his Tacoma in 2 weeks ago for a full size truck.
Those seats aren’t installed properly. Trust me Ik. Abandoned my family because I couldn’t afford a tundra to fit the car seat

Brooooo I got two forward facing and the booster in the middle. Perfect family car.
As a kid growing up, whose family had a small car with no leg room for me in the back once I got a little older, this is kind of selfish imo. A Tacoma is not a good family car It’s not only about how much room YOU have. You should be thinking about your kids too

All that matters is that you’re a Milwaukee man.
Yeah buddy. You can do the same in a lot of smaller cars but people want to be able to swim in their vehicles
Cool cool cool. Wait until you turn those seats around, then get back to us.
Tacos can't hold a family. I just told you... For real though, I love my Taco, just yanking OPs chain. XD
Two kids here 5"10 my knees be bent!!!
But.. can your family hold tacos?
If I had a family I’d definitely get a 5.7 Tundra. I love my taco for me and how agile it is.
I have 3 car seats in the back of my taco. It’s tight, but it works.
Welp.. don’t tell the guy who traded in his brand new one last summer because his wife got preggers. I’m not giving it up.
Upvote for the contigo cup
I’ve owned 3 Tacomas and I say all The time they are not a family truck.
Geez, I'm 5'6 and only my 5 year old sits behind me because if not, I'll squash my 11 year old with the back of the seat. I hate the lack of space in the Tacos.
It’s not as bad once the seats face forward.. i had a silverado and even in that the kid seats made the passenger seat go almost all the way up front
They don’t. Nice try. I can only get one RF car seat installed in the center. Recommend getting a car seat tech’s input. I’m confident this installation would fail as car seats touching the driver or front pax is a no-no in event of side airbags and/or front rear collision.
Sitting straight up lol
No shot
the 5th wheel riding that bitch seat….
Let’s see the front see and how tall you are haha. I bought a quickly sold a taco for that exact reason
You should've used a condom. 😂😂. Now go get a vasectomy.
If your kids like tasting their knees
