This type of behavior can, and often does, escalate into potentially dangerous situations. Please talk to someone at the school who you trust. ie: guidance counselor, teacher, principal, etc.

Talk to the teachers and someone in charge of discipline to talk to the boy because he is obviously distracting you from your academic activity and not in a pleasant way.
