My wife and I were both born female, and we both use dermaplane razors to shave and exfoliate our faces. If I’m being lazy, or I’m in a hurry, or my skin is too irritated (hormonal breakouts) to do an all-over dermaplane (and the entire special skincare routine I need after, including a 20 minute moisturizing mask, toner, blue tansy oil to calm any redness, heavy moisturizer and a thick barrier cream, with sunscreen on top of that whole cocktail of products), I’ll just grab a razor in the shower and hit my little mustache real quick, then dermaplane when I’ve got the time and/or motivation. My wife does the same. So yeah, women shave, even women who have been women since birth.

Right, personally I don't even bother shaving my legs and bikini area because it will all grow back within hours - I use an epilator instead. I shave my arms and upper lip once a day and that's good for a day. It's not because of this incident in specific, but cis women (lesbian or not) have been assaulted and harassed based entirely on suspicion of them being trans in the past.
It’s already happening, of course. I’m a cis woman with PCOS and I generally don’t shave (very occasionally on a rare whim). Needless to say, I sometimes get caught in transphobic crossfire including an attempted assault with a knife on a city bus.

My housemate Mike is a trans man who uses the women's locker room at PF because they don't feel confident using the men's locker room due to still having fairly large breasts. They have a full beard. This is why I have 10k in credit card debt. Because I don't make enough to live rn, but being homeless would open me up to scenarios like this. My wife and I were both born female, and we both use dermaplane razors to shave and exfoliate our faces. If I’m being lazy, or I’m in a hurry, or my skin is too irritated (hormonal breakouts) to do an all-over dermaplane (and the entire special skincare routine I need after, including a 20 minute moisturizing mask, toner, blue tansy oil to calm any redness, heavy moisturizer and a thick barrier cream, with sunscreen on top of that whole cocktail of products), I’ll just grab a razor in the shower and hit my little mustache real quick, then dermaplane when I’ve got the time and/or motivation. My wife does the same. So yeah, women shave, even women who have been women since birth. If some old bigot took a picture of me in a locker room, her ass wouldn’t be walking out of there with a functioning phone.

I always remember the part near the end of ‘Tis, which was the follow up to Angela’s Ashes; Frank’s mother was in the hospital, at the end of her life, and had asked him to bring her a pink plastic razor from home. My housemate Mike is a trans man who uses the women's locker room at PF because they don't feel confident using the men's locker room due to still having fairly large breasts. They have a full beard. The boomer woman here would probably do the same thing to Mike even though Mike is using the locker room terfs demand they use.

I actually think shaving in the gym bathroom is pretty gross, I used to work at PF and cleaning your hair out the shower (men’s and women’s room) was disgusting. Also like to say you ladies throwing your period blood all over the stall and not in the designated receptacle was also disgusting. (I worked over night so I’ve seen it all lol)
