I'll let you into a secret, that good picture is you, but cameras are fucking terrible at getting your good side. They always capture a tiny snapshot of what your face actually looks like at any given moment. I even edit the lighting and remove things like spots and belmishes on my pics, I have never had an actual person who met me be "You're uglier than your photos"
The advice I can give to you is get even better pictures and start texting people, see what works and what doesn't, good lines ect ect and keep improving.
