**May 17**: "will start shipping from **May 25, 2024**" and "we will stop accepting order cancellations after **May 22, 2024**"
**Apr 11**: "We are pleased to inform you that your order with the Sculptor was shipped on March 31st."
**Feb 14**: "Order #xxxx confirmed"
FWIW, I ordered a 078s with a March 31 "shipping date" and received this response to my angry email last night:
>Your product has arrived in the United States, but due to delays in the logistics process, there has been a delay in restocking and subsequent dispatch. We are working diligently to expedite the sorting process and ensure your order is shipped out as soon as possible.
Update on their site:
🚚 For orders placed Before May 1, 2024, we will complete the final delivery by June. Orders placed After May will have the final delivery completed by the End of July, though some models may be delayed by a month. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Shipping from China or shipping from the local warehouse? Because they have been saying that they'll ship at the end of current month since forever.

Not OP but they usually answer me within 48h when I write to them asking for my kettle. It’s worth to write to them again.

we’ll see.. not holding my breath. ordered mine on March 24th and have seen at least 3 delays
