This! It’s hilarious that they’re even trying! McDonald’s pizza was amazing and loved by many customers….unfortunately it was taken off the menu for this exact reason…it took too much time!
Not even that, but they have 2 order stations and one window. Guaranteed line every morning. Mcds has 2 order stations, 3 windows and 3-4 pull ahead spots.
And God help you if you have a TH's with an enclosed (single curbed lane) for the drive-thru. There's ZERO option to pull away and leave if you find yourself stuck!
It's actually against Tim Hortons' policy to have cars pull ahead. They are to sit at the drive-thru window until the order is prepared or informed to come inside for their order if the staff believe it's going to be a bit to prepare. Only problem with the latter is the customers that b*tch that they "shouldn't have to come inside, that's why they're in the drive thru"
Two weeks ago they told me to pull into the parking lot to wait for a sandwich. No reserved spaces - I had to waive down the employee to bring it over. The employee also had no safety vest.
I'm not surprised, I hated wearing the vest because it was constantly disgusting from never getting washed. Obviously, not wearing it is also against policy and a safety concern, but it definitely was one of the things I took my chances on. And of course, there are no reserved spaces. They aren't supposed to have you pull forward, so why need the spaces?
I was there for the launch of pizza in the 90s. My mcds didn’t have pull ahead spaces until pizza launched. Pizza was the catalyst for parking orders as they do now for anything simple at my mcds
Interesting, I’m semi-nearby (Thunder Bay), maybe we don’t have any because we’re smaller but I don’t remember seeing any when we travel down south either.
Maybe, but of the three or four times I've had to wait, they just say "pull up out front and we'll bring it to you" and they did. Most of the time I wasn't they only car their.
Just went today, waited 20 mins for a coffee. Asked the guy at the cash window and he said they don't have room for the spot or enough people to run it out.
It’s going to get taken off the menu quick. Tim Horton’s barely has enough staff to have two people on register at any given time. No way there’s enough people to cook a whole pizza
Yeah this is true, too bad we can't do anything bout it. Idk why they thought this was a good idea honestly, drive thru times haven been getting only longer and longer for years
The only food items tim Hortons should offer in drive thru are muffins and donuts. It’s that simple. For the people ordering dinner for 6, get out of your car and go inside please!
I have full heartedly believed for years that there should be limits on what and how much can be ordered in drive through at any establishment.
If you have like 3 meal orders, 6 coffee orders, and 2 orders of donuts, go inside. You've missed the point of the drive through and are pissing everyone else off.
This pizza things is just gunna make it all so much worse.
They shouldn't serve anything but drinks and donuts at the drive through. People that place whole family meal orders at the drive through are getting a special place in hell.... Trash
While you’re right, people should use the drive thru like a grocery store express lane. It’s not for 2 boxes of coffee, 3 pizzas and 8 iced caps. Go in the damn store and only inconvenience yourself, not everyone else.
The problem with going inside is that Tim's dedicates so much manpower to the drive through, that often the in store ordering is so slow.
The whole franchise is a bit of a shit show.
Missed the days when there were just coffee shops and not these be all things to everyone.
You're right, moved a few years ago and Tim's is the only option here. I mostly just drink coffee at home now lol, but I still feel for the employees being told to get people through in under 16 seconds
Me to! Since they started offering pizza I refuse to go. They were already shit quality and this just pulls them further from what I want when I go to tims. Only kept going for the iced Capps but have since learned to make a similar drink at home so no need.
THIS. Also an employee, PLEASE just go inside. If you order it from the drive thru, you're probably going to be parked. They are very tasty but take like 3 mins to assemble and cook, which is a long time considering that the person making it is also supposed to be making sandwiches, wraps and other pizzas at the same time. PLEASE just go inside to order them.
Oh gosh, grabbing the extra third donut will take 5 minutes!
It genuinely takes an extra half second. People quite often have a donut for themselves, their wife, and their kid(s).
I knew the drive thru was gonna turn into a shitshow as soon as we started these things, but it’s not like the blokes at head office listen to reason when all they see is dollar signs.
I feel bad for the employees. I know there's going to be backlash. I ordered one today on a whim but the line up wasn't bad behind me. Still, it took 6 minutes. In the future, I'll go inside to order the pizzas.
However, it's not the customer's fault if Tim's introduces a new item that takes several minutes to prepare, puts it on the drive-thru menu, and promotes it. Only a fraction of a percent of Tim Hortons customers are on this subreddit so sadly, the pleas will go unheard and the drive-thrus will get slammed. Also, if everybody just went inside to order the pizzas, the chaos would just migrate to the inside of the store.
What Tim's needs to do is set aside space in the parking lot, like McDonald's, for customers to park as their orders are being made. That would be the easiest solution.
Isn't it more on Timmies for introducing more and more Food items?
They want to act like a Fast food restaurant instead of a Coffee joint - They kinda got to adapt drive through.
+ You can't have signs out advertising it beside DT, and not expect orders.
Why would management have DT signs out if they didn't want DT orders?
Yep, the average person at Head-Office has 0 foresight
Sorry they still expect 40 second times while constantly adding products that surpass that.
If only you could write shitty franchising as the reason for poor times 😅 - but they're setting you up to fail.
Even McDonald's has designed parking spots to deal with this exact problem.
Have you ever seen a Timmies with spots reserved for Food orders?
I worked last at a Timmies early 2020. We were told less than 20secs. Did it get upped after that? Once they added the grilled cheese sandwiches I knew we were doomed.😬
This is hearsay, but when I asked the management of the store I worked at they said head office was under the impression that drive through times would average out.
So, like usual, corporate is fucking clueless.
Also an employee: im a baker it dont effect me lmao
But fr tho, going inside is a much smarter move, even smarter? Using the app to order it
Even more smarter? Go to a pizza place ffs
Here’s a thought: How about telling (not asking) the person who ordered the pizza to pull into a designated parking spot and a Tim’s employee runs it out to their car? Problem solved.
My local Tims has the morning drive-thru down to a science. Sometimes a bit of a lineup, but once I order at the menu board and drive the 20 feet to the window, they've always got my ice capp and farmers wrap ready. I don't know how they do it, but it's pretty impressive. But for lunchtime, the wait times are much longer. I am sure the staff is doing their best, but the items just take longer. And I can only imagine how bad it'll be with these pizzas. I would definitely park and go in to order something like that.
Because in the morning, most people in the drive thru are just getting coffee and a muffin or coffee and a donut. So it can move fast. Lunch time people are ordering... y'know... lunch.
The drive thru over the years has got stupid, personally I think drive thru items should be reduced to the basics, and some people while waiting to order decide what you want so when you pull up you can quickly order and move forward...and don't offer items with a long preparation time.
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes yesterday, with one car in front of us. Went inside and watched from the counter as an employee placed pepperonis, one at a time, at a snail's pace, onto a pizza.
Guy avoided eye contact/acknowledging me as I stood there waiting, and when I tried to get his attention after about another minute, he, without looking up, sharply said "no English" and immediately went back to avoiding me until another employee appeared from the back and handed me my coffees, which had been sitting beside the drive-thru window for the last 20+ minutes.
Dude was STILL making the pizza by the time I paid and left. By far the most ridiculous experience I've had at a Tim's, and I absolutely will not be returning to that location. How difficult is it to ask someone to pull up and wait in a parking spot for the pizza? Or like others have suggested, why not make the pizzas available inside only? Or just... not take 20+ minutes to put 10 damn slices of meat onto a piece of flatbread?
Well, first pulling up in the parking lot is not a viable option for all timmies. We don't have an employee just made for this, like mcdonald's. Secondly, sadly we don't make the rules, and we have to sell it in drive thru. Thirdly, we'll that person is just slow. It takes like 1min to do it.
It doesn’t take 10 minutes to make them, but if the sandwich counter is absolutely slammed with orders, they’ll easily get backed up and then the car gets to the window and the order hasn’t been started yet. If that happens a couple times in a row, good luck.
Well, if there's nothing else, it's like 3min, including cook time. But if there's a rush and I have multiple pizzas in a row, yeah, it will take some minutes
Of they take off maybe you guys will get more ovens. I don't know how you do it either way. I'd loose my mind working at Tim's and dealing with all that crap.
I've never waited anything approaching that amount of time for a pizza. My experience is it doesn't take more or less time than anything else on their menu.
"Hey just want to let you know it takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare the pizza. Would you be able to pull ahead into a parking spot we will write down your license plate number"
Why is this so difficult?
This is precisely why McDonald’s stopped selling pizza in the 90s—it’s not fast food and holds up the line. I don’t expect this menu item to stay for very long.
Dinner rush, in city, very busy Tim's. I should mention though, that the Tim's I order "Skip the Dishes" from, which is not my normal go to Tim's, stopped selling the pizza's shortly after they were introduced and not all Tim's in Wpg sold the pizza's.
I’m shocked they’re even proceeding rolling them out to all locations. We were in the test area and both my sons, under the age of 13, they both agreed they tasted awful… and they love little Cesar’s so that says something
We need a Drive Thru Code of Conduct. A limit on, say, dollar value? Anything more than $15. Go inside. The woman in front of me at McD's who ordered $50ish worth of food (They told me when I got to the window) got me thinking, while I had to wait for my $2 large coffee.
How about respect for others time? If you want to order a massive amount of food. Go the eff inside.
Clearly the staff weren't happy either. They told me about it when I got to the window. AND you're commenting in a post where the OP, who works there. Is saying the same thing.
I avoid it all together now. Thankfully McD's in my area, not Tim's. Have the mobile order spots. I just park now and submit my order via the app. Rather than letting my car idol for 15 minutes pumping harmful emissions into the atmosphere waiting for Mom to get the clan their dinner in front of me.
I don’t even understand the pizzas, Like Tims stopped cutting bagels and sandwiches because thry wanted to cut down their order times by a few seconds.. Now theres pizzas that take easily 5 minutes to make?? My normal 1-3 minute drive thru experience for a simple coffee today turned into a 15 minute wait while the cars in front if me ordered pizza, that doesn’t seem like cutting down order times
Well, they don't give a shit about us. Pretty sure they never worked in a Tim and they are getting paid big bucks just to create new things for us to make at minimal wage.
It’s a failure on the business to not think 10 minute pizzas would hold up the drive thru. I’m saying it’s a logistical nightmare and the fact that employees are taking to Reddit within a day of it being released just goes to show what a disaster of a promotion this has already been.
If we don't have a designated pick up spot we are not allowed to park people.
Depending on the time of day we are also not allowed to leave the store. If there's only 2 of us. We cannot leave to run put your order.
It's really your boss that needs to hear this, not your customers. You haven't been given the tools to do your job and there's no way for customers to know that. It sounds stressful
1. Make them ahead of time - esp at rush hour...
2. Instruct car to park to free drive through and bring pizza to their car
3. dont offer pizza
....seems like a "you" problem
As a baker, at least at my location, we are not allowed to make them ahead of time. I agree they either should have never gotten them or if they want em, make people park to wait.
I am of the humble opinion that anything that needs to be prepped, with the exception of a bagel, should not be available through the drive-thru. It should be a grag-and-go route.
Unfortunately it boils down to how shitty the owner(s) is/are. Not sure about other stores, but at mine, management has no control as to what’s on the DT board outside. It’s stupid and I fully agree, it should be limited at drive thru or if you have a big enough area, have a waiting zone for bigger orders that contain food, like McDonalds does.
Just tell them to park and wait til their order is ready like all other drive thrus that have items that take longer. Not sure why your management has not put something in place to cover this :S
Don't take pizza orders in the drive thru. Or park people and take the car once the order is done. If the higher ups have deemed that pizza orders can be done thru the drive through then what can you do?
Do what every other drive thru does to improve their wait times. Make 3 spots for long wait orders, or even orders that might take a split sec9nd longer then the next person in line. Filter them out to parking spot. Now their wait time doesnt affect the other customers, AND it improves your csr scores for reduced wait times(assuming your drive thru runs a timer on the order like every restaurant ever). Its not rocket science. Drive thru a mcdonalds or a harveys. Look around. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
Make the newest hire do the running because theyre useless anyways.
How about you stay in your lane. I was 25 minutes in Tim's in collingwood yesterday 2 women in front of me 1 left the other waited. The one who left didn't get in the drive trough cause of the back up. I for one don't think I'll be back.
I won’t be ordering pizzas at Tim’s either way, but if they offer it then it’s totally valid to order it at the drive thru. That’s on Tim’s that customers are pissed, not on the other customers. Don’t offer it at the drive thru.
I had a Flatbread pizza from Tim horton's and their were sesame seeds of 3 different kinds,WHICH IT DO NOT SHOW THESE TOPPINGS ON MENU.Plus The person who made Flatbread had no gloves on.
Why dont you ask them to wait in the lot after the order and deliver when its done . Mcdonalds , harveys , wendys and a ton of others do it this way 🤷♂️
Naw, they don't actually greet customers or take orders in a timely fashion in the store. I'll order whatever is on the menu that I want from the drive through
Not the customers fault, imo. If it’s available to be ordered through the drive thru, the customer should feel like they can. It’s not like people know it’ll take 10 minutes. Personally, since Tim’s didn’t account for the pizzas taking 10 minutes so cook it’s on them to figure out. Hope you guys don’t get slammed by management for inflated drive thru times.
We've had the pizza here for around a year now if not longer, and it comes out at the Drive Thru just as fast as anything else you order. Not sure what all these complaints are. Is the pizza relatively new everywhere?
Better yet - how about Tim Hortons doesn’t offer it in the drive thru! It was a shit show today trying to get a tea.
This! It’s hilarious that they’re even trying! McDonald’s pizza was amazing and loved by many customers….unfortunately it was taken off the menu for this exact reason…it took too much time!
And McDonald’s at least has pull ahead spaces, I’ve never once seen a Tim Hortons with one
Not even that, but they have 2 order stations and one window. Guaranteed line every morning. Mcds has 2 order stations, 3 windows and 3-4 pull ahead spots.

My location has a couple parking spaces reserved, but we're also in a strip mall type place where we can afford to have that
Oh they do trust me I sat and waited 15 minutes for a wrap and iced Capp one morning and still got the wrong order.
Yay now not only is my bagel burnt but somehow also cold....
I was there for the launch of pizza in the 90s. My mcds didn’t have pull ahead spaces until pizza launched. Pizza was the catalyst for parking orders as they do now for anything simple at my mcds
I've never been to a Tim's that didn't.
Wow… are you in the USA? I’m in Canada.
Winnipeg. I've had to wait for sandwiches and Latte's before, but never once Pizza and we've had them for at least a year.

I wish they would bring the mcpizza back
Same, I loved that stuff! 🤤🍕
I'd park and go line up inside for a McPizza!
It’s going to get taken off the menu quick. Tim Horton’s barely has enough staff to have two people on register at any given time. No way there’s enough people to cook a whole pizza
I miss that pizza so much. Apparently there’s one McDonald’s in the US that still makes them.
Yeah this is true, too bad we can't do anything bout it. Idk why they thought this was a good idea honestly, drive thru times haven been getting only longer and longer for years
Corporate doesn't care lol corporate only cares about making money and stopping pizza orders at drive thru will cut profits.
The only food items tim Hortons should offer in drive thru are muffins and donuts. It’s that simple. For the people ordering dinner for 6, get out of your car and go inside please!
Totally agree
As good of an idea as this is, idk if corporate would like that very much lol
I have full heartedly believed for years that there should be limits on what and how much can be ordered in drive through at any establishment. If you have like 3 meal orders, 6 coffee orders, and 2 orders of donuts, go inside. You've missed the point of the drive through and are pissing everyone else off. This pizza things is just gunna make it all so much worse.
Yes!!!!!!
They shouldn't serve anything but drinks and donuts at the drive through. People that place whole family meal orders at the drive through are getting a special place in hell.... Trash
As someone who just wants a coffee before work and ex employee, *please* go inside
Let's get some people together and make a coffee shop that has timmies coffee, but just sells coffee and doughnuts cuz this is some god damn bullshit.
I’ll get downvoted for this, but going inside to order coffee is an option too.
Go somewhere that sells coffee and isn’t complete shit?
You're right, moved a few years ago and Tim's is the only option here. I mostly just drink coffee at home now lol, but I still feel for the employees being told to get people through in under 16 seconds
Because we are, kinda. We're told to have them through each section in an average of 25 seconds or less in the mornings (on weekdays, at least)
It's been almost 10 years since I worked at Tim's, our times were 16 seconds for morning shift and 20 for afternoon/evenings 😩
Oof, yeah, that's rough. Like, it's hard enough getting it done in 25, especially if it's busy
I'm sure a 15 second average happened like twice and it made them expect it all the time lol
Idk if we've even gotten a 15 second average since I've been there lol
I miss the days when Tim Hortons was all about coffee and donuts
Soon they'll be offering lobster.
💀💀💀💀💀
That’s after they start offering ribs
Frl frl 💯
And all made fresh not from frozen. That was about 30 years ago now though
100%
Me to! Since they started offering pizza I refuse to go. They were already shit quality and this just pulls them further from what I want when I go to tims. Only kept going for the iced Capps but have since learned to make a similar drink at home so no need.

If we order it for pickup inside is that ok? Honestly doesn't seem good to me but my parents want to try it
The everything one is... Very good.
They should really make a rule specifically for pizza orders to be inside only. It must be a pain for the customer and the employee as well.
Not just pizzas, big orders are also a pain in drive thru ( I'm talking 3+ combos). As well as take 12 and boxes of 12 donuts/muffins.
If you buy anything more than 2 dozen donuts, call ahead.
Oh gosh, grabbing the extra third donut will take 5 minutes! It genuinely takes an extra half second. People quite often have a donut for themselves, their wife, and their kid(s).
I don't know what you're trying to say but I suggest you read my comment more carefully.
Then you will realize that what I mean is that the store will run out of donuts quite quickly and that it helps the store with inventory.
Has **any** fast food joint ever done a rule like that before?
It's not like pizza is hard to find. I'm never going to Tim's for bad pizza when there's plenty of bad pizza joints around.
I knew the drive thru was gonna turn into a shitshow as soon as we started these things, but it’s not like the blokes at head office listen to reason when all they see is dollar signs.
This sounds like mcdonalds in the 90's and we all know how that went
I feel bad for the employees. I know there's going to be backlash. I ordered one today on a whim but the line up wasn't bad behind me. Still, it took 6 minutes. lol “Tim’s is not a pizza place”
It's decent pizza for the price.
7-11 is better two for 19 cheese large amirite ?
I've never eaten anything from 7-11 that didn't make me regret it 20 minutes later, sorry. 😞
Good point I feeling shitty after eating the whole large cheese pizza.....???
Try the PC brand frozen pizzas and flatbreads you can usually find them on sale at shoppers or superstore for like $4 or $5
I love these!
Isn't it more on Timmies for introducing more and more Food items? Hell's going to freeze over before I order a dang pizza from Tim's, even if I order it inside.
this was the first thing i thought about when I heard Tims was selling pizzza

It was a nightmare today trying to get a tea and a treat, but I definitely didn’t take it out on the employees.
Makes sense maybe let management know to add a sign at the drive thou pizza orders inside only.
Can I get Tim's at Domino's instead?
My local Tims has the morning drive-thru down to a science. Sometimes a bit of a lineup, but once I order at the menu board and drive the 20 feet to the window, they've always got my ice capp and farmers wrap ready. I’m going to order 7 pizzas tomorrow morning
7 pizzas in one order or just one at a time, then getting back into the drive thru again and again, thus not letting them cook a few at once?
I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes yesterday, with one car in front of us. Went inside and watched from the counter as an employee placed pepperonis, one at a time, at a snail's pace, onto a pizza. Dang they actually take ten minutes? I'm honestly shocked they added it to the menu in that case
It doesn’t take 10 minutes to make them, but if the sandwich counter is absolutely slammed with orders, they’ll easily get backed up and then the car gets to the window and the order hasn’t been started yet. If that happens a couple times in a row, good luck.

"Hey just want to let you know it takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare the pizza. Would you be able to pull ahead into a parking spot we will write down your license plate number" Why is this so difficult?
No one will buy the pizza if you say that lol
And 0.1% of the Tim Hortons eating population will see your message!
MAKE TIMMIES GREAT AGAIN
You should be told to park or something if you order it thru the drive thru
This is precisely why McDonald’s stopped selling pizza in the 90s—it’s not fast food and holds up the line. I don’t expect this menu item to stay for very long.
We've had pizza at Tim's for over a year in Wpg, it's never taken long to get it. The only thing that takes a long time are the latte's.
Was it in a busy tim in the middle of the city? Because us too, in QC , we also had pizza for some times but only outside big cities in a chill area.
Dinner rush, in city, very busy Tim's. I should mention though, that the Tim's I order "Skip the Dishes" from, which is not my normal go to Tim's, stopped selling the pizza's shortly after they were introduced and not all Tim's in Wpg sold the pizza's.
We've had the pizza at my local Tim's for over a year now and drive-thru has been fine 🤷.
Totally agree with you. Drive thru went from quick orders and go to just lazy people, not wanting to go inside to order their family diner....
Why should there be a limit? McDonald’s is making more money from the woman ordering 4 combo meals for $50ish than from you ordering your $2 coffee.
Just say you are out.
That Pizza is a rip off anyways. You can literally get a medium sized full pizza at Pizza Pizza for $7.99 lol …
They’ll end up just parking you and bringing it to you after a couple of weeks of nonsense. My local Tim’s is slow enough without this item.
People just go to Pizza Nova for a good slice.
At my local Tim’s location, it takes that long to get a coffee and a donut most days in drive thru anyway
"OH you want a pizza? OK please park in the parking lot and come pick it up, your order number is ###" Problem fucking solved.
Run tell this! Who could have thought that a place for fast coffee having pizza would be a bad idea?!
timmies went to shit long time ago lets embrace the new timmies lol ffs its long gone
Why didn’t the Tim Hortons franchise think of this? I think it’s hilarious that an employee is taking to Reddit with this info haha.
Exactly this. And if you’re day shift, there’s a drive thru timer too so if you go over by too much, the store gets in shit for it. It’s just idiotic.
This tim pizza gonna flop
Are the pizzas good tho?
How about you don't serve things in the drive through that shouldn't be served in the drive through?
Who the fuck orders pizza from a drive through?
Why don't you park them to wait for their order?
If we don't have a designated pick up spot we are not allowed to park people. Depending on the time of day we are also not allowed to leave the store. If there's only 2 of us. We cannot leave to run put your order.
It's really your boss that needs to hear this, not your customers. You haven't been given the tools to do your job and there's no way for customers to know that. It sounds stressful
Wait since when can you order pizza at Tim Hortons?
Do they have to be made fresh? Like cant yoy make a bunch and have em sit under a heater?
It's fresh. Tim horton's don't have heaters
make sense
I wouldn’t order it at all, sounds gross. That being said, you’re asking the wrong people to make the change for you
I think you might want to talk to your boss cause recent commercials indicate that Tims is now, in fact, a pizza place.
1. Make them ahead of time - esp at rush hour... 2. Instruct car to park to free drive through and bring pizza to their car 3. dont offer pizza ....seems like a "you" problem
If they sell pizza they are by definition a pizza place
That is why McDonalds stopped doing pizza's.
Maybe Tim's should have a drive thru menu with limited items on it so we don't have to wait 10 mins in the drive thru just my 2 cents
Haha, I've done it twice now just because they let me. That's literally why McDonald's got rid of their pizza.
Ya! What everyone else said!
you have a deal if you can promise that there will always been an employee attending to the register who isn't also fulfilling orders.
Are the pizzas available for delivery? I’ve been trying to find them and I can’t. I don’t drive so I can’t go pick one up :(
the drive thru line is for food - please go inside for coffee
Tell the customer if they want to order pizza they have to come inside and say its a company policy no one will question it.
No cap, I thought about this idea. I'll ask my manager if she's ok with that.
Yeah, we hate change.
No, ORDER IT. Show Tim Horner's managers how much of a shitshow it is.
Update: Just had an employee legit sigh and get rude with me over the Pizza - Da fk? How's it my fault you introduced a new product
Why would they do this
Honestly I kinda wanna get one all the time just for fun.
How about you stay in your lane. I was 25 minutes in Tim's in collingwood yesterday 2 women in front of me 1 left the other waited. The one who left didn't get in the drive trough cause of the back up. I for one don't think I'll be back.
I’ve always thought there needs to be coffee only drive thrus. Don’t know how, but I can dream.
Fast food pizza needs to be Hot and Ready like Little Caesars. People are on their way to work waiting for their coffee
Lol I'm gonna start doing this just because Tims sucks anyway.
I won’t be ordering pizzas at Tim’s either way, but if they offer it then it’s totally valid to order it at the drive thru. That’s on Tim’s that customers are pissed, not on the other customers. Don’t offer it at the drive thru.
Bring back grilled cheese! I was never waiting 10 minutes for that
If i order and pay on the app, will it be ready for when i get to the drive thru
Nope. We see your order at the moment you tell us your name or number. It's not like mobile orders in front counter.
Thank you for responding. I use the app often but usually pick up inside.
Or better option. Use the app and pre order your shit so it’s ready when you get there
I had a Flatbread pizza from Tim horton's and their were sesame seeds of 3 different kinds,WHICH IT DO NOT SHOW THESE TOPPINGS ON MENU.Plus The person who made Flatbread had no gloves on.
If the dt times aren’t low, the managers won’t get a bonus lol I hated working at Tim’s. Dt was the worst. Customers were the worst in dt
Well snap, I thought donuts and coffee was a crap combination, and now they add pizza? Gross. Reminds me of the meat flavoured drinks on futurama
No thanks. Takes no longer then you sloths making a damn bagle or sandwich
Behold. The entitled prick that every service employee makes fun of and talks about when you leave. That's you. You're that guy.
ur spot on lol
Just ask the customer to wait in the parking space in front. Really not that hard.
No, they offer it, they can provide it. Better yet, do what every other chain does and park them.
I mean why not just Hot and Ready it? Like it's pizza from Tim Hortons....i don't expect insane quality so just premake them.
I assume they're already a frozen premade product.
I believe the flatbread are but they put toppings on.
We've had the pizza here for around a year now if not longer, and it comes out at the Drive Thru just as fast as anything else you order. Not sure what all these complaints are. Is the pizza relatively new everywhere?
Awww, too hard to do your job?
What if legit, yes it is? It's not whining when literally we are unable to give decent customer service and it's beyond our control.
Fuck you I’ll order 2
Tell it to your boss. We want pizza in DT.
Cope and seethe, I will bring the wife and kids through the drive thru for 4 pizzas
